Ive bought a lot of urine carpet shampoo over the years. This is by far the best. It gets stains out, but also removes the odor. The best part is that it doesnt require a lot of scrubbing to get a stain out.

I purchased this item to clean my parents bathroom. They have issues and their apartment can smell bad and the bathroom can truly be a mess. I feel good about using this product. I actually cover the entire floor and let it sit for a few minutes, then mop it up. I also use it to clean the toilet. There is one other similar product by a major cleaning company but I have had issues with the sprayer working correctly. I would recommend this product if you are having bathroom odor issues.

Smelled great right after using, but after I used a whole bottle in a room, the odor returned within a day. Had to end up replacing the carpet and pad, after painting the concrete floor with Kilz to seal the smell away. So much for this product.

To eliminate dog urine smell. After .ultiple cleaning he still pees on that spot. Do you have something better?

I like that is clean up nice and it does eliminate the odor. But I need to find something that eliminates the animal from going back to that spot.

Easy to use. Pleasant scent. It is very effective for cleaning up urine if you pet has an accident. This is the best product we have used for small accident areas, and we have tried many things.
