Ive bought a lot of urine carpet shampoo over the years. This is by far the best. It gets stains out, but also removes the odor. The best part is that it doesnt require a lot of scrubbing to get a stain out.

I think this products works very well on pet urine stain and odor. I think it is about the same performance-wise as Natures Way spray. I will say this - I have also used it on musty car odors, like old car floor/carpeting which have various bad smells - mustiness, smoke, etc. and this does seem to eliminate a lot of that. It also pulls up stains of urine. I am not sure if it works as well on something set in as I - like most - tend to clean these as soon as I spot them. It does clean out general grime nicely though (gain off the car mats/carpeting).
