Exactly what was expected. My friends and I love playing dominion and getting the new expansion just makes it better!

Given as a gift and they love it

One of my favorite exspansions. Adds more ways to score points with landmarks and new fun mechanocs like debt. I suggest this be your 2nd or later expansion. Get seaside or intrigue first, after dominion. It also goes good with prosperity.

Nice new shiny expansion for people already hooked on the game.

Excellent!

This is our favorite Dominion expansion yet! It exponentially increases the replay value of all the other expansions through events and monuments, adding new ways to score points and several new game mechanics. Empires is the expansion for people who like a lot of new game mechanics, and enjoy mastering the art of figuring out which game mechanics will help you win. The victory point and debt tokens are very well crafted and feel nice and heavy in the hand. (We sometimes use them for other games too.)
