A bit pricey. But when I had to run to a connecting flight I wasn’t tripping over it like my last bag. My wheels would catch and the bag would try to turn over. Very annoying. This bag was easy and no hang ups. I would have given it a 5 if it had a scratch resistant coating, lower cost, I had no problems with it as a carry on. Looks professional so I would not check it in because it would get scratched up.

The system for opening the the laptop compartment does not work well. even if has inside litte stuff like 2 pairs ofjeans and some shoes... it does not work... I push the button to open and gets stuck... you have to lay down and open it... so if you are travelling to pass security really fast it does not work, or if you standing and need to grab your plane ticket it will be a hassle. and place inside a the compartment is just a a tablet and plain ticket... even i have tried with less stuff and does not work! be aware of that!

It doesnt fit my lap top in the front pouch. It fits my husbands but when you put the charger with the laptop it makes it seem like the pouch lid is going to bust off.

My husband looked for MONTHS for a bag after his last one broke. He found this one and we decided to give it a try. MAN, is he happy! Extremely easy to move, very spacious, and super functional. His only complaint is that if you overfill the main compartments the front compartment wont open, but thats all part of proper luggage care.

I have used this as a carryon three times only and one wheel broke off. Also I find the door for the laptop very difficult to open and it does not always close 100%. I am very disappointed in this bag.

The front pocket is a bit small and flimsy, only latching at a single point. It struggles to fit a single pair of headphones

It is a gift for my grandson. So, how I feel about it is irrelevent. I thought I chose wisly.

I REALLY wanted to love this carryon. It checked all the boxes for features. I brought this carryon for a 2 day trip and by the time I returned home, I decided to return it. Note that my baseline for expectations is a 19” Swissgear hardshell.
