> 24 hourThis is more typical Chinese bait and switch. Great photos, videos, with modern and beautiful advertising copy. Unfortunately that is where most of the budget went. The product is flimsy and made from cheap materials. The switch that unhooks the lock and opens the laptop compartment clearly wont last more than a year if you travel with any frequency. Mine jammed the first time I used it. I am truly disappointed because they did such a great job up-selling the product. Will be returned ASAP.

> 24 hourA bit pricey. But when I had to run to a connecting flight I wasn’t tripping over it like my last bag. My wheels would catch and the bag would try to turn over. Very annoying. This bag was easy and no hang ups. I would have given it a 5 if it had a scratch resistant coating, lower cost, I had no problems with it as a carry on. Looks professional so I would not check it in because it would get scratched up.
