> 3 dayThis luggage is nice, however, your money may be better spent if you’re trying to pack for mid-length trips or really like to stuff your luggage. The laptop compartment tends to extend out and makes me wonder if the latch will make it in the long run — If you need a laptop compartment, I’d look for luggage that has a compartment that zips closed rather than using the latch.

> 3 dayHonestly really happy with this purchase. It was exactly what I expected. Very lightweight but sturdy material. Love the front pocket and the portable charging feature. The zippers and wheels are quality (wheels are fairly quiet on surfaces).

Greater than one weekAs someone else mentioned, the laptop compartment locks using one clip at the middle top area. With nothing inside the compartment but my laptop, the lid sticks out on the sides. And i have to force it close so I don’t feel comfortable adding the battery back it’s designed to have. Kind of a waste in that sense. I wish the compartment was designed in a way that truly allowed space for a laptop and a battery pack without forcing it close and the lid bulging out. That said, the material is decent and light weight and the inside is very nice.

> 3 dayLooks pretty cool, great zippers and wheels. Never really wanted a lock, but now that I think of it, it is pretty handy to secure my wallet or laptop in a hotel room. Not sure what other people are saying about the front pocket, 17inch laptop and a 30,000mh battery pack fit just fine. Actual storage is pretty small with that front thing though, can maybe fit 2 or 3 pairs of clothes, and no ability to expand if you happen to buy anything while traveling.

> 3 dayThe front case is not closing or opening easily. You have to be careful how to close it

Greater than one weekLooked to be a very sleek carryon. Has lots of compartments and when looking straight at it, it does appear to be very sleek. However with a laptop and only a battery backup in the front compartment it is not sleek. From about 3/4 down on one side and 1/3 the way on the other there is a significant protrusion of the laptop compartment. This stands out and for those with laptops it may not be as secure as you would like as there is no area for it to secure anywhere other than the top. I read several reviews on this and did not see anyone with that issue. One additional issue is the way the zipper moves it snags and is not smooth like the way my Swiss backpack and Swiss briefcase do. The way the laptop is available I do like that option and also like that it does not require a zipper for it. As for the inside there is a lot of storage areas. I don’t know what it will do clothing wise as I am using it to carry equipment. Blood pressure cuffs, and other items I don’t want to have in a backpack.

> 3 dayWhile I was very excited about all the features, the front pocket gets jammed and doesnt open. This is a very big disappointment. I tried calling customer service but its merely an answering service that knows nothing about the product. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and still no response . Regrettably, I will be sending this back for a refund

> 3 dayI love this. It saved my hiney while traveling Europe for work. This bag held 2 weeks of clothes and my computer. It held up well literally running through airports.

> 3 dayI loved the concept of having my computer in the carry on, however very little actually fits in the compartment... AND if you pack too much in the inside the outside compartment door will not close. My goal was not to have to take my computer bag, however this did not work out and I still needed the computer bag to carry the accessories. i.e. cord, mifi, etc.
