The front laptop compartment wouldn’t stay closed and would randomly pop open when walking through airport.

The shell keeps the laptop protected. I use vacuum bags that you just roll to get the air out and I can put 5 days of work clothes and tech gear for my on-site installs with no issues

Honestly really happy with this purchase. It was exactly what I expected. Very lightweight but sturdy material. Love the front pocket and the portable charging feature. The zippers and wheels are quality (wheels are fairly quiet on surfaces).

This is a very nice roller bag. Hard case is attractive and sleek. The wheels roll better than any bag I’ve owned. It’s a bit smaller than I was use to.

The first time I used it, I opened it on the luggage rack at a hotel. Where the case touched the wall - which, to be fair, was textured - it scratched off the finish. Also, and this is on me, it seems especially small. I like it enough that I may also buy the next size up. Love the front compartment and the case’s maneuverability.

The system for opening the the laptop compartment does not work well. even if has inside litte stuff like 2 pairs ofjeans and some shoes... it does not work... I push the button to open and gets stuck... you have to lay down and open it... so if you are travelling to pass security really fast it does not work, or if you standing and need to grab your plane ticket it will be a hassle. and place inside a the compartment is just a a tablet and plain ticket... even i have tried with less stuff and does not work! be aware of that!

I have used this as a carryon three times only and one wheel broke off. Also I find the door for the laptop very difficult to open and it does not always close 100%. I am very disappointed in this bag.

On my second flight using this bag and this happens…. Not good!!!

Real nice suitcase, only one downfall is that it is not expandable...but that is my fault for not catching that.

A great carry on, the wheels are nice and smooth. Cant over stuff this luggage if you have a notebook in the front the lid will not stay flush. I have a back pack to carry my personal MacBook and iPad. This is to carry my work laptop.
