When I first got this bag, I loved it! Bought it for a trip to visit my sister and transition to a “hard-sided” life. However, after using it a couple times and living with it, I found myself looking back at my invoice and saying “I paid that much for this?” I would say the value is in the wheels, the zippers, the movement….so so sleek.

Developed a crack after my third trip. Pretty mild travel. I’d look elsewhere for a roller bag.

The system for opening the the laptop compartment does not work well. even if has inside litte stuff like 2 pairs ofjeans and some shoes... it does not work... I push the button to open and gets stuck... you have to lay down and open it... so if you are travelling to pass security really fast it does not work, or if you standing and need to grab your plane ticket it will be a hassle. and place inside a the compartment is just a a tablet and plain ticket... even i have tried with less stuff and does not work! be aware of that!

I love this. It saved my hiney while traveling Europe for work. This bag held 2 weeks of clothes and my computer. It held up well literally running through airports.

This is a very nice roller bag. Hard case is attractive and sleek. The wheels roll better than any bag I’ve owned. It’s a bit smaller than I was use to.

This is more typical Chinese bait and switch. Great photos, videos, with modern and beautiful advertising copy. Unfortunately that is where most of the budget went. The product is flimsy and made from cheap materials. The switch that unhooks the lock and opens the laptop compartment clearly wont last more than a year if you travel with any frequency. Mine jammed the first time I used it. I am truly disappointed because they did such a great job up-selling the product. Will be returned ASAP.

Im giving this 5 stars but bear in mind this is after only one 9 day trip. I will say, like some other reviewers the front storage area is not that useful if you have the bag completely full to the brim. I dont recommend it for longer trips like I was on as its just not enough space. But I hate checking a bag unless I have to. I think it is nearly perfect for 2-4 day trips. Its extremely smooth and quiet on the move. I absolutely love the design and way it looks. I dont care for bags with all the scattered designs and irregularities. It fits perfectly in overhead bins and the design prevents you from ever overfilling it. So if you stay within its dimensions, its going to fit most mid/large airplane overhead storage. Youll still have to check gate check on some small commuter planes though.
