> 24 hourWhile I was very excited about all the features, the front pocket gets jammed and doesnt open. This is a very big disappointment. I tried calling customer service but its merely an answering service that knows nothing about the product. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and still no response . Regrettably, I will be sending this back for a refund

> 24 hourThe shell keeps the laptop protected. I use vacuum bags that you just roll to get the air out and I can put 5 days of work clothes and tech gear for my on-site installs with no issues

> 24 hourLooks pretty cool, great zippers and wheels. Never really wanted a lock, but now that I think of it, it is pretty handy to secure my wallet or laptop in a hotel room. Not sure what other people are saying about the front pocket, 17inch laptop and a 30,000mh battery pack fit just fine. Actual storage is pretty small with that front thing though, can maybe fit 2 or 3 pairs of clothes, and no ability to expand if you happen to buy anything while traveling.

> 24 hourThis carry on wheels like a dream. It is light weight and very convenient for long layovers when you might need to charge your devices. Keep in mind charger is not included.

> 24 hourIve used this carry-on once now and it has numerous scratches all over the exterior. Scratches very easily and will not buff out as my other bag can. Front laptop access bulges out substantially when the bag is packed. The corners extend out from the access flap as there is only one point of attachment. It does roll fantastic though.

> 24 hourI loved the concept of having my computer in the carry on, however very little actually fits in the compartment... AND if you pack too much in the inside the outside compartment door will not close. My goal was not to have to take my computer bag, however this did not work out and I still needed the computer bag to carry the accessories. i.e. cord, mifi, etc.

> 24 hourThis luggage is really good for people who travel and work. I needed luggage to carry my laptop and some electronics because they tend to get heavy in messenger bags while waiting for the flight. I was looking to just flight with one luggage and no extras like a bag. I only bring a packable bag in the carry-on. Other features I was looking for are not expansion because airlines are getting more strict with carry-on sizes, and good locking systems. This luggage has a padded area for the computer and this one does not stick out from the luggage frame like others, it feels safer. It takes a bit of space from the inside, but on that side, I only put personal products and shoes. I can accommodate a week of clothing or more. If you are looking to be comfortable and minimalist, this luggage is a great option.
