Rothco Canvas Zipper Duffle Bag

This is a very large bag. I got the Large bag which is the middle size and it is very big. It fits quite a bit of clothes. Its not really realistic for airplane travel. However, if you are driving and need to take a lot of stuff with you this is not a bad bag to have. Its held together pretty well. The handles feel sturdy even when it is full. No problems with the zipper either.

-It functions allright, and it’s relatively inexpensive. -But it looks a little different than the picture actually displays. -Also, I know it’s not in the product description, but I still feel like it’s dum it doesn’t come with a buckle-able strap for the end pieces, so you can sling it over your shoulder.

The duffel bag that I ordered was perfect for my needs. It came in a timely manor and was perfect. I have no complaints at all. It is of a good quality construction, the color was a non-issue to me, but works great. I love the side zipper as compared to the type with the top zipper. This was a good purchase with no problems at all.

All I have done so far is pack my inflatable boat in it, but this bag is great! It seemed a little small at first, but once I started to put the boat and oars in it, it took everything with a little room to spare. Bag seems to be made out of a higher quality canvas material.

Very well made and sturdy duffle bag. We bought the 50x30 size bag to replace a torn tent bag. The tent is a 6-person tent with a small screened porch on the end, so its a pretty large tent. This bag holds it with plenty of room to spare. I am about to order a second 50x30 bag because my husband thinks its big enough to hold our humongous 20x10, 12-person tent. I hope hes right!

Ive been using this bag for a few weeks now and I am absolutely impressed. I thought this bag was too big at first but, as it turns out, this bag is the exact size I needed. I use this for weekend trips as well as storage for clothes while Im on duty at rescue. This thing can hold all my bedding (sheets, pillows, etc.), spare clothes, and duty clothes with some spare room for extra jackets and coats. The canvas seems pretty durable. I probably wouldnt expect it to do everything that the army surplus bags could do, but for my use its as durable as it needs to be.

I purchased these to help with storing an artificial Christmas tree in an attic. The tree comes in three parts and the original bag we had for it put all 3 in one bag which made it incredibly bulky and a little bit unwieldy to wrestle into the attic. These bags worked great for separating the two smaller sections into their own bag. Unfortunately the company doesnt make a bag thats long enough to store the third piece so Im still stuck with the original oversized bag but at least its not so difficult to maneuver now. Im so happy with these bags that my only downside is that they dont make a larger/longer size because I would have purchased it in an instant if they did. The two carry handles, one on the top of the bag and one along the side, make it very convenient for getting the bags into and out of the attic. The material is very durable and has held up well so far.

i got this thing and climbed inside of it it was so big! it is like a body bag! the only bad thing about this is that you can fill it with so much stuff that it cant handle the weight! i realized that and now i use it to hold toms. a great buy for the price however! (i bought the largest one BTW)

This seems to be a very sturdy, well constructed heavy duty canvas bag. The zipper is heavy duty also and it seems well made with good sewing done at the seems. The carry handle also looks like it will never wear out. We got the 30x50 bag (#3490) and it is HUGE! We got this to replace a tent bag that tore by the carry handles and then had a zipper break. I probably could have gotten by with the 25x42 bag but did not want to risk finding out it was a hair too small. Very pleased with this product! The good reviews were true!

I purchased this bag to carry 25 American flags mounted on PVC pipe poles. These flags are held in honor of Veterans and their service to our country. They also provide support for the families who mourn them. I am a volunteer flag wagon driver. One of my brethren saw my bag and purchased one himself for the same purpose. This bag protects our flags from the elements.
