I have looked for an umbrella the size of a golf umbrella but with a hooked handle for a while now; this fits the bill and is very sturdy besides. Very good.

I’m a daily train commuter and walk daily from the station to my office. I have bought umbrella after umbrella only to have them gold at the first sign of inclement weather. This umbrella is robust and the commute parter I needed. This morning on the train platform this umbrella shielded me from the wind gusts of a passing freight on the platform and was steadfast during this California storm on my walk to the office. I just bought another so we’ll have one in both cars. Great umbrella!

The design and color of the navy one is beautiful. It kind of looks like an old fashioned gentlemans umbrella. The handle on the umbrella came slightly damaged, but it was obviously from the shipping box and is barely noticeable to me, beyond feeling a small indentation. Also, the top of the umbrella is huge. plenty of room for 2 adults.

The sturdiest light weight

I saw a character using this umbrella on one of the British mystery series (to which I am addicted!) and had to have one. Naturally, the first stop in my hunt for the umbrella was Amazon. Sure enough, there it was! It arrived in a couple of days and I’ve been using it for over a year. I do a lot of walking and the umbrella cover/carrying case makes it easy to sling it over my shoulder when rain is anticipated. The umbrella is huge but very lightweight and well-proportioned. It covers as well, but is not nearly as heavy or unwieldy, as a typical golf umbrella. And it’s also elegant and beautiful! I just got back from a walk in the rain and decided to order two more as Christmas gifts! Go ahead—do yourself a favor and buy one of these. You won’t regret it!

I believe I got a magic umbrella. I say this because for the longest time I would be excited to use the umbrella, take it with me to work or wherever, and then when I needed to walk outside... it would stop raining. It got weird. It would be pouring outside my office, Id get up to go knowing that Ill get drenched without an umbrella, grab this magical artifact, walk 50 feet to the door, and the rain would stop. Id walk to my car, get in and start driving and the rain would suddenly start pounding hard. Id get home, pull into my driveway and watch as the rain sputtered out. For MONTHS I wasnt able to use the umbrella. Once I started to actually suspect that magic could exist, the magic went away and I finally got to use it. Mind you, I WANTED to use it, I didnt want to be immune to rain like some wizard. Now that it has protected me from rain I can say that the umbrella is great. Its the highway quality umbrella Ive owned and I like all the spines. I believe that the spines will better support each other and the umbrella will last much longer than my previous ones.

There was a problem during delivery from Amazon, and the product was damaged. However, the Royal Works manufacturer compensated for this and I believe in their reliability. quality satisfaction
