Greater than one weekI bought this to keep in my truck and it is very good quality. It opens a bit slowly at first, but after a while, it gets broken in and works fine. It does not get waterlogged or drip constantly, and it dries quickly. Great product.

> 3 dayVery nice sturdy flexible spines/ribs that make the whole canopy feel very robust. Great fabric. Can imagine it lasting a while. Seems nicer than a similar priced Totes umbrella. Maybe slightly heavier too. The metal cap on the umbrella side of the handle separated from the wood almost immediately in regular use. I should be able to glue it back down no problem, but a little annoying.

> 3 daySolidly made, not heavy, but not too light either. Appears it will be durable, but only time will tell. Nice looking, not your average umbrella.

> 3 dayFirst the handle is not wood but is sturdy. The entire Umbrella is heavy and well made. It covers (2) people easily. It stands a little bit taller when folded but I am okay with it. The best part is it has a cover that allows you to carry the entire umbrella over your shoulder. I am thinking of buying another one as a spare but this thing is built so well that I might not need it. I own over 25 umbrellas ranging from $1 to $200. This one on the scale of 1-25 (and 1 being the best) is #3. The other two that are better are from Japan.

> 3 dayI purchased this primarily to complete a classier look. The umbrella is sturdy, works great. There are others if you are using it for its intended purpose that hold better, and have a better design. For the classic cane style umbrella, this does the job fairly well.

> 3 dayThe umbrella is ok, definitely not worth the money, purchase bcuz I like the thought of having an app 2 remind me when I needed one, but app that youre supposed to get with it does not work right shows 9° when its 46° shows 100% rain when theres no chance of rain, instructions that come with umbrella 2 get the app are completely wrong, u can still manage 2 get it but then when u try 2 rate the product on their site, it takes u in circles once u finish reading & putting in your comment then it tells u it just sent u a 1-time security code then when u leave 2 get that, u have 2 start all over & lose that page, I was able 2complete that anyway then tried 2 send them an email which it would never send? Customer service no help with the app they even r pulling up the wrong info and want me 2 believe that its right??

> 3 dayI believe I got a magic umbrella. I say this because for the longest time I would be excited to use the umbrella, take it with me to work or wherever, and then when I needed to walk outside... it would stop raining. It got weird. It would be pouring outside my office, Id get up to go knowing that Ill get drenched without an umbrella, grab this magical artifact, walk 50 feet to the door, and the rain would stop. Id walk to my car, get in and start driving and the rain would suddenly start pounding hard. Id get home, pull into my driveway and watch as the rain sputtered out. For MONTHS I wasnt able to use the umbrella. Once I started to actually suspect that magic could exist, the magic went away and I finally got to use it. Mind you, I WANTED to use it, I didnt want to be immune to rain like some wizard. Now that it has protected me from rain I can say that the umbrella is great. Its the highway quality umbrella Ive owned and I like all the spines. I believe that the spines will better support each other and the umbrella will last much longer than my previous ones.
