I believe I got a magic umbrella. I say this because for the longest time I would be excited to use the umbrella, take it with me to work or wherever, and then when I needed to walk outside... it would stop raining. It got weird. It would be pouring outside my office, Id get up to go knowing that Ill get drenched without an umbrella, grab this magical artifact, walk 50 feet to the door, and the rain would stop. Id walk to my car, get in and start driving and the rain would suddenly start pounding hard. Id get home, pull into my driveway and watch as the rain sputtered out. For MONTHS I wasnt able to use the umbrella. Once I started to actually suspect that magic could exist, the magic went away and I finally got to use it. Mind you, I WANTED to use it, I didnt want to be immune to rain like some wizard. Now that it has protected me from rain I can say that the umbrella is great. Its the highway quality umbrella Ive owned and I like all the spines. I believe that the spines will better support each other and the umbrella will last much longer than my previous ones.

Its a great umbrella and its been years since I had a curved handle. I find if I dont need the umbrella I feel a bit more steady on my feet.

Was looking for a nice new umbrella with a hook handle to hang up when not in use. Amazon had what I was looking for

First the handle is not wood but is sturdy. The entire Umbrella is heavy and well made. It covers (2) people easily. It stands a little bit taller when folded but I am okay with it. The best part is it has a cover that allows you to carry the entire umbrella over your shoulder. I am thinking of buying another one as a spare but this thing is built so well that I might not need it. I own over 25 umbrellas ranging from $1 to $200. This one on the scale of 1-25 (and 1 being the best) is #3. The other two that are better are from Japan.

Love the material. With the recent rainstrom in my area, this umbrella has hold itself against the strong winds, unlike the flimsy umbrellas that dont have strong support . Will certainly put care into it for it to last for a long time.

Wind hasn’t taken it out, passing trucks haven’t done it in, and the constant rain of the past few days haven’t got me soaked with this umbrella. Considering my last umbrella broke from the passing gust of air from a passing semi and this has one has kept me dry, I’d recommend it.

Just as described. Large umbrella, great for walking dogs when it is raining outside. Love the additional rib design. Be careful on windy days, it acts as a sail!
