19-11-2024I was very excited when I received this umbrella, because I was looking forward to trying out the inverted folding design. It looked great, the color was vibrant, and it was user friendly. However, I only got a single use out of it because it was defective. The umbrella no longer opens when the button is pressed.

> 3 dayGreat idea! Inverted umbrella, which means when I close it it jeeps the water in instead of pouring down on everything. After I close it I can shake the water out where I need it. One hand open. Little tricky to put back in the case since the top is all ruffled due to it being inverted.

Greater than one weekFirst off, I risked dooming myself to an eternity of bad luck to bring you this review! But this is a nice umbrella! It’s quite large and it folds down to a manageable size. Quality seems pretty decent, stitching is good. It rains almost never here, so I haven’t had the opportunity to test this out in actual rain or wind. So it got the sink. The water beaded right off and it dried quickly. The info says it’s UV protective rated at UPF 50+. I’m not sure how standard that is for an umbrella. But if you’re a vampire and want to use a dark umbrella in the middle of summer, then you’re good! Nice umbrella and I’m really happy with this product.

Greater than one weekI love that this umbrella isnt long but love that it opens up to a good size to cover me and the babies. I hated closing my old umbrella and the water gets everywhere versus this closing upwards and keeping the water off you. Its thick and compact ..you cant go wrong with that. 0lus the beautiful vibrant colors

> 3 dayI was throughly impressed with this umbrella right out of the gate. Its a great concept...super cool color, too. And in trying it out for its intended purpose, I will say that it does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I thought the inverted thing would be a gimmick but its actually very useful and cool, and it really does keep the water IN versus all over anything you put the wet umbrella on. The umbrella itself is large, so you can fit more than one person under it comfortably (just have the taller person hold it LOL) It folds small which is nice, and its equally good at keeping water off you and keeping you in the shade, making it a great all purpose umbrella. I highly recommend this - very cool and functional!

> 3 dayI ordered this Rumbrella umbrella and it is extra big with plenty of room. The umbrella handles well in the hot heat and rain. The inverted design is a first of my kind that I have seen. It makes it easier to get in the house when you are trying to put the umbrella away. The handle has a power switch that helps open and close the umbrella fairly easy.

> 3 daySeems like a good umbrella from my time using it. Material doesnt let water through. Took it outside and ran around with it so that it caught wind inside while opened. While it did begin to turn itself inside out, it stayed together and popped back into place once the wind was removed. Opening and closing it was simple. The umbrella does fold inwards to supposedly reduce the amount of rain that can get everything else wet. I guess it helped, but youll still have a wet umbrella, so it wont be perfect. The reflective strip on the umbrella edges does work, I tested it and its as reflective as any other reflective fabric Ive tried out. Feel confident using this around a windy college campus without it being blown apart.

> 3 dayUmbrella comes with a light case that is useful for storage. I liked how sturdy it is, yet not heavy. It is small enough to put in sides of the backpack. Inverted folding is convenient when riding a bus. It is easy to open and close with one hand. I havent used it on very heavy rain or heavy wind, but for moderate daily use it worked perfectly. I think it is a decent umbrella for daily use.

> 3 dayComes packaged in a plastic wrapped box. This is the smallest this umbrella will ever be. Like many other things, once you open it up, it is not going back in the box. Packaging is great, your umbrella will arrive in great shape. THe umbrella has an auto open button, remove the restraining strap and press, easy peasy. Be careful when using the umbrella as the button will also release the umbrella and you are unable to reopen it without closing. I dont see accidentally pressing the button to be an issue, but it is something to be aware of when using. The reflective band is a nice feature to hopefully allow others to see you in the dark, especially if you go with a dark colored version of the umbrella. Comes with storage bag. As I said earlier it wont ever fit back into the shipping box. I is a bit wider in circumference than my previous umbrellas when folded, but since youre going to be carrying by the handle or draw string of the storage bag this wont be an issue. Where it may be an issue is if youre looking to store this umbrella in a bag or purse. The 50 inch size is great. Large enough to keep you dry, but not so large as to be awkward to use.
