> 3 dayIt’s only great on light breeze, light rain, and it’s heavy. I don’t recommend for storms, heavy rain with strong breeze during a thunder storm. The umbrella flip up, very hard to open.

> 3 dayThis umbrella looks so high quality! It is made from good material. I really like that it becomes small and it works with a button. It opens with a button and closes with the button too. Although, you still need to push it down to make it smaller again.

> 3 daylove the color and very sturdy and strong! easy to open the umbrella and close. you would just need to push it against a wall or hard surface to close the handle. otherwise, my favorite umbrella!

> 3 dayIm still waiting for it to rain. I opened it in the house and thought how upset my superstitious mother would be. It opened and closed nicely. I imagine I will end up tossing the storage bag. It folds up small enough and if put away wet, it might get mildewy. So far it has stayed dry (California).

> 3 dayMy umbrella to keep in my car! It is an excellent product, a little expensive, but very well built. I like the nightly reflective strips which add extra security during rainy nights. Also the button both opens and closes it so I don’t have to use 2 hands if I’m holding a coffee or my keys. Overall a good purchase and have recommended it to others.

> 3 dayI liked this umbrella because of the reflective strip along the edge of the canopy. It comforting to know that I’ll be seen in the dark with this umbrella. This umbrella also has a sub rating and it comes with a UV color changing card, so that you can test how high the UV index is. You can use it to test the umbrella’s efficiency. The umbrella has a really nice feel, and easy to operate with one hand. It’s a one button open and close and it is nice that the umbrella folds inverted so that wet part doesn’t touch the car seats or floor. Overall, really nice umbrella, and the reflective strip is definitely a nice added safety feature.

> 3 dayThis had me at the inside is outside when folded up where the water side will not drip on what ever you place it on after a rain event you have been out in. But at some point you need to open it up to let it dry out if all the water collects on the inside after being folded up. I also like the auto feature for both opening and closing. There is a button with up and down arrows to pop it open and release. It is hard to push it back into the last bit of closure. CON My biggest concern is I found all the spines to be made of plastic and feels like they could easily snap if handled roughly or wind turns it inside out.

> 3 dayThere is a supernatural black hole in my house where umbrellas get sucked in and disappear. I swear, I mustve purchased countless umbrellas in my life, but they all seem to disappear. I cant find a good one in the closet of trunk when I need it most. This lime green umbrella is eye catchy among the sea of black umbrellas out there. My friends and family can spot me from a mile away. Especially when Im at a Florida theme park where it seems to rain every day for an hour or so. This Rumbrella umbrella has a similar auto-open and auto-close system of the more expensive Totes travel umbrellas. One push of the button and the umbrella canopy collapses closed. The length of the pole stays extended, youll have to push it down to shrink the pole back to the original size. No biggie. Its like that with all umbrellas of this type. The auto-open/auto-close feature is a godsend when youre holding a cup of coffee in the other hand. Cant live without it. I might get the light blue one next.

09-06-2025I was a little bit skeptical when I received this umbrella because it was light for its size, due to being mostly plastic construction. Ive seen many an umbrella bend easily, or snap in a strong wind. This umbrella has been surprisingly durable. The canopy is large and sturdy, with a heavier canvas than some other inexpensive umbrellas. The slider sticks a bit but it doesnt take much effort to get it to expand to full length. This has held up in wind, rain and hail, and our high schooler has claimed it as her own for its protection.

> 3 dayI had to try this out for myself as this seemed like a perfect umbrella for all those hot and sunny Summer day outings! Although, given our states recent hot climate, the lack of moisture/ rain and current drought circumstances, I wasnt quite sure if and when I would be able to utilize the true need of this product. Talk about a manifestation! I received this Rumbrella and the much needed moisture/ rain that our state so desperately needed, arrived in the nick of time and along with it. Happy to say that what you see and what you read, is truly what you get! Whoever thought and compiled the idea of Rumbrella, is a masterful genius! Its super high quality and functionally created. You can tell by seeing the product in person and reading the Rumbrella garment tag, this company is built on integrity and really cares about its products and their consumers. They have your upmost well being and satisfaction in mind. This umbrella is so easy to set up that even my 7 year old can use it with just a touch of the button for opening and closing. ( However, she did need some assistance with putting it back in the carrying when not in use, sleeve.) Shes at that stage where she wants to be more independent and do things on her own so obliviously this was a WIN in her book .( Shes even expressed that she wants one of her own for her up coming school year.) Theres no need to fret about accidentally pinching your fingers on this umbrella as they have placement for your fingers to pull and slide the umbrella back to its handle. I especially value the Rumbrellas innovative technology with the fast drying and built in UPF 50+ fabric because we all know the suns still there even on a cloudy day. Heres to the zoo day adventures ahead and using the Rumbrella!
