Great way to expand your USB charging ports

Lasted about nine months before it failed...

I have had mine since February 2017, I take it on all my vacations I charge 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, 2 GoPro, 2 Bluetooth stereo headsets, 1 rechargeable GoPro selfie sticks and a backup travel battery. Never really checked to see if it was warm, charged all my devices every day for 2 weeks. I use high quality USBs for all my devices- all certified for my devices... if you use cheap bargain brand wires, then yeah even a standard USB brick will give you issues. I think this weekend I will use this brick after running down my devices and keep an eye on it and check its temperature.

Excellent product for traveling or the office where a bunch of folks may all want to charge their devices together. Im a photographer and love the ability to charge camera, tablet, tablet pen, and phone all at once. Regardless of the number of devices attached, I have yet to feel the unit get warm or cause issues. Im not totally convinced the specs are what they claim. Some devices that usually ask for >2A either dont register or claim slow charging when connected. My Samsung Galaxy S20 doesnt seem to have that issue and charges normally.

See the title! I have no idea how to ever really test all of the ports at once to see output without going and buying a lot of extra equipment but this unit absolutely anchors the main charge station for the entire house right now which is no small task. Great construction. Make no mistake, this is not a portable unit really because it is built like the M1 Abrams of charging stations. I would absolutely buy it again and am probably going to get another one for upstairs.

Cannot handle more than 5 devices simultaneously, absolutely horrible for a classroom environment with multiple tablets. Internal circuit breaker allows about 1 second of charge before tripping and resetting. This type of cycling will destroy batteries in devices. Look elsewhere for a multiple bank charger, these are garbage.
