> 3 dayIt arrived, seamed perfect and worked at first. Unfortunately, one light (port) started to blink and intermittently work after about a month. Shortly there after, all the lights (and ports) randomly worked. Then it died on me completely and I was pretty upset.

Greater than one weekBased on all the circuit fires and short outs / meltdowns, your company is using sub-standard methods to push products... Shame on you. Get it right or get out! Each and every output should have its own transformer and circuit. Ill bet you anything its divided into 10 from 1 transformer. This device should contain one main transformer and every USB port should contain its own switching power supply with its own mini transformer on the board to limit current draw. This is why you guys are having peoples devices catch fire. The main transformer is blowing out and overheating because theres only one. The main transformer should be a much higher capacity than the wattage stated so that it doesnt use the maximum at all times. If you have a 60 W device you transformers should be 72 W. If you have a 72 W device youre transformers max output should be 85 W. That is called your buffer zone so youre not overdrawing current on your main transformer. Do you guys even have any kind of electrical engineering degree or any kind of know how whatsoever? Do you even know what a transformer is? I should be seeing switching Power supplies for each output because it prevents problems and the electrical feedback would be None because each circuit would be isolated. I will bet $1 million that you guys have split one transformer and circuit 10 ways in parallel. That will create a major drop in resistance and start to cause current overflow. When you divide a DC circuit in parallel it drops resistance. Based on what is happening I doubt thats whats being done. Im appalled at what Ive seen in the reviews and I must say that currently this appears to be the lowest quality product I have EVER seen on Amazon out of all the products Ive ever bought. I did not have to write this review because I never purchased this product but it seems that intervening was my only choice... If you guys take this off the shelf and redo this back to the drawing board from what I gave you it will be better and it will actually work.

23-11-2024Tested this out to see if ok. Turned out to being perfect. The power charges all items quickly and efficiently. There is no match to what you get with your electronic devices. This is a BIG 5 Stars from me. Again thanks Amazon to quality items.
