> 3 dayMy preschoolers just loved playing with the individual pieces as well as putting them in the proper ladybug life cycle order. The pieces are large enough to not get lost easily. I added in several books on the lady bugs life cycle, created a sensory habitat in the classroom along with magnifying glasses and a few bug box boxes. We went outside and caught lady bugs as well as ladybug larvae/grubs to study then let go. It all tied in nicely and gave them a hands on understanding. I also bought the monarch butterfly and the frog life cycle. and did the same thing. All are at a reasonable price and a good quality. I highly recommend them.

Greater than one weekThe moldings are Gi-Hugic! The set is very representative of the monarchs life cycle, but the scale is WAY off. The butterfly is too small, and the rest of the pieces are just crazy big. I guess if youre 9 years old the sizes might not bother you.

18-11-2024Great teaching tool for kids & Beekeeping. Hands on teaching is my favorite way to go. I used these along with an observation hive and the kids really enjoyed it.

> 3 dayHigh quality teaching material. My husband is a beekeeper and we use these to show people whats going on in the hive. They would be good for classroom settings since they seem like they would be very durable and safe to use with kids.
