Very loud and gets attention to you quickly. I use these on my self defense keychains. They have been a big hit and the colors are wonderful too!

I made a mistake to try one of these personal alarms in the kitchen when my wife was cooking next to me and my son was playing at the table. It alram was so loud it startled all of us and our ears were ringing for 15 minutes after that. It is insanely loud - dont try it at home - bring it outside instead. It connected it to our keychains and all the family are carrying these with them at all times now. Very convenient. The reminder of the alarms I am planning to include as a small presents for holidays to our family members and friends.

Sound is top quality.

I bought these to give a couple to my niece who was going off to college. I decided to give the rest to women I knew. Every time I gave one away, I would test it first. Every other unit failed when tested. I can only hope the ones that were given away will work when needed.

These were pretty loud and the flashlight very bright. Based on some reviews I tested them when the package was delivered and all but two worked. My advice is to test before gifting and test periodically to make sure theyre still in working condition. Its possible the batteries in those two are dead as the flashlights do not work either, but I havent had the time to replace them to test this theory.

With a simple pull of the black cord you can easily steer off an attacker. Or great gift for people who are prone to falls. It is loud enough I can pull the cord outside and be heard in home by my spouse with the surround sound on! Handy flashlight as well . As a Realtor I feel safe showing homes with this and my mace. 5/5 stars for sure! I’m ordering more to give to clients!
