This back up has not held up near as well as I would have liked. I travel every other week for business and so far I have had to stitch this backpack on four separate occasions or the shoulder straps would have shredded on me. The main handle on the top is tearing from its stitching already and its been less than a year of use. Luckily my wife is good at sewing or this would not even be in use at the moment. The lining inside the compartments is shredding on the ends and now gets caught in the zipper. The zippers are starting to have issues functioning. On the plus side.. I do like the layout of the backpack and how its organized. If it werent for the stitching coming apart.. i would probably go 4 and half a stars... but that darn stitching is kind of.. important to holding it all together! I will probably try an alternate brand for my next pack. Open to suggestions...

Best bag ever, small and comfortable

It is very well constructed. Robust zippers. Lots of pockets and compartments. The use is very comfortable, the air system works great, you dont sweat your back. Handle on top is awesome thick and safe to grab. Side pockets for bottles are very handy too. Best Backpack I had so far in my life. Already bought it twice. The first one I used it for 3 years in a row everyday carrying my 16 inch laptop until a hole appeared in the bottom. I could have patched it but I dont want to risk loosing items. Still I think it was a reasonable lifetime for a backpack you use EVERY DAY, 3 years, its about 1000 days of use. I love the looks too! Great design.

Decent outside, lots of zippers, has a good build quality. My only issue is the padding in the bottom of the laptop pocket. It feels like there is little cushion but a decent amount of material there. This means no throwing your bag around, as any drops are nearly a direct hit to the side of your laptop. Otherwise it is a great bag... This has me constantly worried that if someone else just throws the bag, that is my laptop getting slammed down on its edge...

I’ve had many backpacks and briefcases and like this one best. Light, sturdy, and functional.

Perfect for travel with two laptops!

It is a high quality backpack, but the design is not very nice, it kind of looks like a carry-on without wheels
