Samsonite Xenon 3.0 Checkpoint Friendly Backpack, Black, Medium

My husband likes it and thats the most important thing.

Bought this item from Portmantos as a Prime purchase on Amazon Day. (I only buy Prime for free returns.) My daughter did not like it as it is bulky and unlike normal backpacks, it does not collapse to a smaller volume. Portmantos, the vendor, wants to charge an extra 8$ for the return (That is a 15% margin they are netting on my back.) Free returns within 30 days is Prime policy and as it becomes more and more challenging to find a way to reach out to Amazon for customer support, the whole experience is frustrating and frankly, buying backpacks here is not worth the aggravation.

Perfect fit

This is a great backpack. I would give it 4.75 stars, if I could. Theres one nitpicky thing about it that bothers me. Ive had for a few months and its great for my work needs. The laptop section holds my padfolio plus 3 manila folders without a problem. The main compartment is large enough for more folders, brochures, or whatever else I need to carry with me on a day-to-day basis. The front section is great. Holds a few pens, pads, and has a zippered pocket for my AirPods and wallet. All of that said, this bag does NOT have anywhere in it a clip for a key chain. This may sound like a small thing (and it is... its like $2 worth of material and a clip), but it would add a huge level of convenience if I didnt need to dig around in the bag for my keys when I need them. There are easily 3-4 different places in this bag where a key chain clip could have been added. Its not a reason to NOT buy the backpack, but its something that you might wish for.

It is a very good material at acceptable price

It’s large and very well built. I carry two computers thru airports and I can go thru security (TSA) without having to take out the computers. Also I like that the backpack has some solid form to it... it doesn’t collapse when empty.

Such a great backpack! Has room for everything, is very durable and I can’t believe I could get it at such a reasonable price!
