    Then after six months my computer got sluggish so I tested the drive and write speeds had dropped to 50 MB/sec instead of the original 3500. It’s in my laptop which sits on my bed so perhaps it was a ventilation/heat issue that fried the drive and it might be totally my fault. Just noting my own personal experience.

    I purchased the 970 Evo Plus ssd and can not register it. According to Samsung the SSD I was sent, was meant for sale in Australia and therefore can not be registered in the U.S.
