> 24 hourIn total, I have three of these now. Two are in Z690 motherboards (one with an i7-13600K and another with an i5-12600K) and the other is in a Z390 (i5-9600K). For the i7 machine, the SSD is in the M.2 slot connected to the CPU directly and for the i5, its connected via the chipset. After running Crystal Disk Mark a couple of times there is no performance difference (indiscernible or otherwise) between the drive connected to the CPU directly (with the i7) and the drive connected to the chipset (with the i5). Both get close to 7GB/sec read times. Write times are about 4.5GB/sec, which is way faster than anything I need. Even though Im not totally blown away by their performance, theyre still very good SSDs.

> 24 hourI got this product. Install was easy and super fast speeds. Super good for gaming so far. A huge performance boost. Super good product. More than 2x the speed of my old hard drive, definitely great to put your OS on.

> 24 hourFYI if Running Intel 10th Gen Processors this will not run at its full speed potential. You need an 11th gen Intel chip or newer to take full advantage of PCI-4.0 NvME slot (which this chip is really designed for) Also recommend downloading the Samsung Magician app to install and optimize this drive.

> 24 hourMy PC has an old Asus AMD M5A99FX MB (but no onboard M.2 slots). So I bought a “AMPCOM M.2 NVME SSD to PCIe 4.0 Adapter Card” to allow me to put this NVMe in an available PCIe 2.0 x4 slot on the MB. Worked well as any disk should, in Win 11, but was not bootable (not the problem of the SSD or the adapter card) this was an issue with the old BIOS, which did not support booting a NVMe type of drive. The fix is getting an upgraded BIOS (not available on the MB manufacture BIOS updates site). Solution - I bought a “ BIOS patched for NVMe booting” and problem is solved. Even on my PCIe 2.0 backplane I got a significant bump in performance, see attached pictures, with all related info.

> 24 hourAfter purchasing a PlayStation 5 console at the end of 2021, it became apparently very quickly that the internal storage was going to be used up rather quickly. I waited a while for prices to drop, as at the time of purchasing the console, this 1TB NVMe drive was closer to $200, which was a little out of reach for me.

> 24 hourBought this for a new gaming PC. It was super easy to install. The throughput is great as the machine boots up super fast. Although the machine has only been running for about 2 to 3 weeks. Regardless, Im sure that it will continue to perform flawlessly until it reaches its limits of total reads & writes. Which is something thats unique to each individual based on how they use their PC.

> 24 hourThis is perfect if you want more storage, but you also don’t want to pay $300+ for it. Very easy to I stall. Nothing to really complain about. I’m sure it’s not perfect but for the price, it’s a five star product.
