> 3 dayI was tired of having to delete games to be able to update Call of Duty. This SSD allows the flexibility of keeping games on my PS5 and not having to worry about storage at all. I have most of my games moved over to the SSD now and the process was so quick. The install was very easy and the longest part was figuring out how to remove the PS5 cover without breaking it. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their PS5 storage.

Greater than one weekI have a first gen PS5 and at 1 TB of space I was already hitting the limit with Gran Turisimo, Cyberpunk, and the Last of us II. I was getting to limitations of the drive.

> 3 dayClone of my old drive took a over an hors, but only because it was over a slow USB port. My 8th Gen Core-I7 machine used to take 45-60 seconds to boot. I now have a login screen in under 10 seconds from a cold boot.

08-06-2025Just installing it in a new Win 10 Dell Optiplex 3070 SFF tonight, so will revisit as I get time on the drive. BUT, this SSD needs a M.2 Standoff and Screw to install in my machine. I dont know if that is universal but I expect so because otherwise the SSD sits right on top of the motherboard on the screw side (on an angle). There was a screw in my MB but it wasnt obvious until I went to install it that it has to have a standoff and associated screw. I dont mind that it needs the standoff but, geez, at least include one or call it out in the specs. Im lucky enough to have a lifetime of hardware bits so could cobble one up. If youre ordering this drive, search for M.2 Standoff and Screw and get a kit of them for $5-6.
