Came in broken.

Great upgrade from my last drive. Made my laptop run like new. Super easy to change if you have some know how and a youtube tutorial.

I wish all PCs could support nvme SSD drives only. Sadly we need to compensate with HDD for extra internal storage.

Works great, good capacity and a quality Samsung drive at a low price. Super easy to install. Samsung has software that makes migrating your entire system to a new drive foolproof. Took less than 15 minutes.

Super simple physical install, easy digital install, and some of the most professional packaging I’ve seen in recent years. Zero problems, speeds are matching expectations.

First purchase was stolen, empty box, sticker was clearly tampered with.

The SSD performs great and was very easy to install. Not the drives fault but the cloning software from Samsung didnt format the old drive after transferring so It made it kinda a pain to get my OS to boot off the new drive and not the old one so I could format it myself. Other than that though 10/10

For the basics, this was relatively easy to install except for the tiny mildly infuriating sized screw that locks it into place in the nvme slot. Not really Samsung’s fault there.

The install of the SSD (500GB) was pretty easy in my Dell inspiron 15. The recognition of the SSD was spot on but the cloning gave me problems the first time then after hours of reading it installed easily with the Samsung Magician software. My boot up time went from about 3 min to 13 seconds and it still isnt getting the top speed of 2500 or 3500 (not sure). Im getting 1750. Very nice product!!!
