    The tablet came opened already it had smudges and fingerprints on the screen as if someone used it the poor attempt that was made to seal the box back again was horrible it looked like someone just put scotch tape and called it a day

    I have had many tablets but this has been the best by far. screen quality, construction and feel are all outstanding although this is a pricey tablet. Would love to see samsung do a 12.2 inch min version at some point

    I love my tablet! Its the perfect size for reading, playing games, and navigating. I use it at home a little, but mainly when traveling. Handiest gadget!

    Samsungs customer support is the absolute worst. Should you need to send your device in for repairs like I did, good luck on waiting. I was initially told it could take up to seven business days from the time the tablet was received at Samsungs repair facility. On the sixth business day after my device was received at their repair facility I received an email notifying me my device was received and it could take up to seven business days to repair. Then I made multiple calls to Samsungs customer service due to the conflicting information and received more conflicting information from the representatives with alot of apologies. Some reps told me they would resolve the issue and get back with me and I never heard anything back; others told me I received the wrong information from Samsung and other representatives. Each call with customer support involved the representative trying to call the repair facility, telling me they could never get in contact with the repair facility although they would leave a voicemail (as if this would provide some level of comfort). Needless to say, I am still in limbo without my device and weeks have gone by. I would strongly urge/recommend purchasing a device from Apple or some other reputable company due to the ordeal I have had to go through with Samsungs customer support. - A Very Dissatisfied Customer

    A Christmas gift for my wife, who wanted a tablet for travel. The Samsung received a high rating in Consumer Reports, so I thought it would be a good choice.

    I love this tablet. Previously I had an iPad Mini that was going on 5 years old. I loved it too and never wanted to get rid of it. I still have it, but I use this one now. I love that I can draw and have the pressure sensitivity. I love that I can write notes while Im studying on something and be able to multi task. This was a pretty expensive purchase for me, but Im not regretting it!
