Greater than one weekI upgraded from Tab S2 to S4. Samsungs Tab S4 is a great tablet for productivity. I use it mainly for note taking, organization tools, reading PDF books and some Netflix. It is a little heavy but that is not a big deal.

> 3 dayI have been playing a game that would just not run well on my old tablet. I decided it was time to upgrade. I got this and put in my Apps and games.

> 3 dayI particularly hate the case with the keyboard. Everything falls out and it is awkward to use. Otherwise if functions well.

Greater than one weekI like everything about it. My only other tablet was a DragonTouch .... this is head and shoulders above such. It feels solid when you touch it and very resposive. Now I know others might have far superior tablets, such as Apple, but I chose this over the Apple because the Apple didnt have a slot for a SD card (lame!) The Tab S4 has great battery life and charges quickly with the smart speed charger that comes with it. I use it quite a lot as it does everything my desktop PC does (and quicker I might add). I pair it with a nice Logitech bluetooth keyboard that I am writing this with. In short, its a treat to use

> 3 dayI had the Samsung Tab S10.5 original series for so long I didnt upgrade due to the 4:3 screens of the Tab S2 and S3. Im glad I waited for this 16:10 screen, as watching stuff on these screen ratio types is so much better than have wide black bars on the top and bottom of the screen when the device is held or placed in landscape mode..

> 3 daySamsungs customer support is the absolute worst. Should you need to send your device in for repairs like I did, good luck on waiting. I was initially told it could take up to seven business days from the time the tablet was received at Samsungs repair facility. On the sixth business day after my device was received at their repair facility I received an email notifying me my device was received and it could take up to seven business days to repair. Then I made multiple calls to Samsungs customer service due to the conflicting information and received more conflicting information from the representatives with alot of apologies. Some reps told me they would resolve the issue and get back with me and I never heard anything back; others told me I received the wrong information from Samsung and other representatives. Each call with customer support involved the representative trying to call the repair facility, telling me they could never get in contact with the repair facility although they would leave a voicemail (as if this would provide some level of comfort). Needless to say, I am still in limbo without my device and weeks have gone by. I would strongly urge/recommend purchasing a device from Apple or some other reputable company due to the ordeal I have had to go through with Samsungs customer support. - A Very Dissatisfied Customer

> 3 dayI liked every feature related to this tablet. The worked as well as it was advertised at first, and I thought of it as a cheaper and less powerful alternate to the TAB S6. However, one fatal and apparently common flaw would render my tablet useless within a few months of use. Apparently, there is a chance for the tablet to BRICK itself if the battery power runs out of charge. Its not a 100% chance as I experienced this problem within 3 months of owning the tablet and witnessing its battery die about 3 times. Yet, after having the tablet serviced by Samsung, the tablet last another 5 months before BRICKING again after about 2 times of me catching my breath to be able to recharge the battery. At third time that this tablets battery lost power, the tablet became a $500 BRICK AGAIN. I havent submerged the tablet in water nor dropped it any height above the ground. But, never would I suspect that a battery losing its complete charge in an idle state to render a great device obsolete. Anyone daring to use this device would need to power the device off on low battery or ALWAYS remember to charge it, or you too will own a $500 dollar TAB S4 BRICK. Its a shame that this once great device could not survive at least a year of regular usage.
