> 3 dayI owned Galaxy Tab S2 and Tab S3 and was very happy with them, so I had high expectations from Tab S4. The tablet turned out an incremental improvement over S3: slightly faster, better screen, better battery life. However, two design choices make the devise less user-friendly compared to Tab S3. The fingerprint sensor was replaced by an iris scanner, which does not work as well, especially in landscape mode, where I have to change my grip on the device. In addition, some apps have a very convenient fingerprint identification feature, which does not work with S4. Another downside are on-screen buttons. In some cases you have to touch the screen to see them. Worse yet, in some cases you cannot see them at all, for example, with YouTube is in a full-screen mode. You have to exist the full-screen mode to access the buttons. On-frame buttons of Tab S3 are much more convenient.

> 3 daySamsungs customer support is the absolute worst. Should you need to send your device in for repairs like I did, good luck on waiting. I was initially told it could take up to seven business days from the time the tablet was received at Samsungs repair facility. On the sixth business day after my device was received at their repair facility I received an email notifying me my device was received and it could take up to seven business days to repair. Then I made multiple calls to Samsungs customer service due to the conflicting information and received more conflicting information from the representatives with alot of apologies. Some reps told me they would resolve the issue and get back with me and I never heard anything back; others told me I received the wrong information from Samsung and other representatives. Each call with customer support involved the representative trying to call the repair facility, telling me they could never get in contact with the repair facility although they would leave a voicemail (as if this would provide some level of comfort). Needless to say, I am still in limbo without my device and weeks have gone by. I would strongly urge/recommend purchasing a device from Apple or some other reputable company due to the ordeal I have had to go through with Samsungs customer support. - A Very Dissatisfied Customer

Greater than one weekThis is a fabulous tablet. The clarity, the speed, the colors. Definitely worth every penny spent.

> 3 dayThe tablet for sale does not have cellular capability built in so its more like a laptop so its not a truly mobile device. Once I found this I cancelled the order. This is be clear up front but its not.

> 3 dayThis might be a good product for someone who is immune to bundled software, but I returned the product due to frustration with that. And then there was the Help button that when pressed produced a message in about 100 different languages that basically said that the Help button doesnt work. I bought a Lenovo tablet instead; sorry, this is not for me...

> 3 dayI am reviewing this as a part of the Insiders product testing group. Overall, this is an excellent tablet. It is powerful, loaded with features, and has a gorgeous display. The tablet is responsive and generally easy to use. It is even better when the keyboard and S-pen are attached and you can put it in Dex mode and use it like a small laptop. I had been hoping to find a tablet that I could use instead of a big laptop, since I dont normally work from home and dont really need all of the functions of a full computer. For the most part, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has the things I was looking for. There are some minor things that I wish were different. One is that this is always going to be a mobile device, so it is run through apps and not through programs. So I cannot use my MS Office suite on it as I would my PC. However, I could pay for a monthly service to use the MS Office apps on it. The second is that it isnt compatible with Google Chromecast. Although the Samsung product information indicates that you can cast Netflix and work on a spreadsheet at the same time, I was unable to get this feature to work properly both on Chromecast and also directly to my Samsung TV. When I consulted Google they stated this tablet is not compatible with Chromecast. Since I had hoped to use the tablet in this way, I was disappointed that I could not. Overall though, I really like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for mobile apps and light computing.

> 3 dayThis is my second Samsung tablet and an upgrade from my last one. This tablet is so much faster and more responsive. I have not yet explored what it can do but even though I am very much a tech neophyte, I find it fairly easy to figure out. Great for reading and doing searches. For those of you who are more tech savvy, you will really enjoy this tablet even more than I do.
