Good headphones but not loud enough and not enough bass, good for everyday wear and phonecalls but not the best for high quality music listening

Cancels sound amazingly.

This is my 2nd pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, True Wireless Earbuds. I gifted the first pair to a friend. This ear buds are great. The sound quality if amazing. I LOVE the sound cancellation. Switching between listening to answering the phone is a just a tap. With the extra ear coverings, getting the right fit is perfect.

The AKG earbuds that come with the s10s they never stay inside my right ear. So I was worried about if these would stay in my ear but wearing then around they did. They sound great and in the settings I added the bass boost which sounds so beautiful to my metal music. I really love these, yet I havent tested the phone call yet although Im sure the buds are still great.

Sound is inconsistance ranging from tinny to medium soft with way, way insufficient bass response. I have $30 earbud that sound 5 times as good as these. I bought these on a recommendation and these are unbelievably poor quality. I thought that spending over $100 on a product by Samsung would produce stellar results. THESE ARE TOTAL TRASH. DO NOT BUY THESE. Another nuisance issue is that these interrupt my Macbook Pros microphone to sound much the same, very tinny. Disconnect the earbuds and the microphone comes back to life. Sound on iPhone also is tinny. Very poor product.

Frankly when they work they are awesome. Lasted me a full shift (8 hours). They lasted about 5 to 6 months. Now can barely hear out of them. Cleaned them regularly so I dont know. Just really disappointed honestly. Maybe I used mine too much. Who knows.

Sound and a quality feel on the plus. Difficulty getting a solid & secure feeling fit even with the after market memory foam ear pieces on the minus.
