Bought these a little over 1.5 years ago and the right bud now has serious volume issues that are not resolved by cleaning. Costs $100 for Samsung to repair so might as well get a new set of headphones

Really good, however they should be cleaned a lot.

Purchased these for work and I have to say that they worked perfectly. Hardly feel them in my ears and you can listen to just one of the buds at a time without having to deal with settings. Also the calling feature and how clear others can hear you blows my mind. Must buy and a great addition to any phone!

UPDATE July 2021: I took off 2 stars because, just over one year old, the left earbud has stopped working and/or charging. No sound, no control, no battery level. Very disappointing.

I upgraded from the standard Galaxy Buds and wow. They fixed all the issues of the originals without messing with the comfort! I absolutely recommend these for anyone who has sensitive ears but doesnt want to carry around over-ear cans.

The right earbud is not working correctly. The volume is too low that you cant really hear anything outdoors.

I absolutely LOVE these...they go so well with my watch & note 9 in sound quality & functionality. Cant wait to get my note 20 hooked up to them tho my note 9 does an excellent job. Youll be happy with these & yes I bought the extra warranty my ONLY complaint is that I wanted purple to match all my stuff but the red ones are so vibrant & they stand out. The case stays charged for a long time & so do the ear buds.

I like them because they fit comfortably. But life of the battery not what they advertise. And you have to set up for you not to touch them because way to sensitive when touched. Other than that they ok. If they were a bit less expensive they would be perfect.

Love them!! So pleased with this purchase!
