Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, True Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 (Wireless Charging Case Included), Black – US Version

The earbuds slowly started losing volume at about 9 months and after multiple talks to Samsung, we sent them in for warranty repair. Once there, I was told they were not under warranty because I couldnt prove the purchase date due to amazon not including the serial number on the invoice. Amazon took care of me but I will not be buying any more samsung product if this is the support they provide.

Didnt want to get the first buds from Samsung but I am glad that I did wait to get the second one and looking forward to getting the next one coming fall! Battery life so much better noise cancelling awesome ambient perfect the only thing I dont like, still got to work on the sound for music, it could be better youll see when the next set comes out in fall

Excellent sound and the fit is great too. I receive too many complaints from callers that Im breaking up, forcing me to speak uncomfortably louder. I have a Galaxy note 9. If that gets resolved then I will give this 5 stars.

Dont stay charged very well, case loses charging very very fast!

I am absolutely in love with these! I mainly bought them to work out in, but they have effectively replaced every headphone in my life! The battery life is great, the fit is great, and the sound is great, but Im not really someone who can tell what amazing sound quality so do take that assessment with a grain of salt. Theyre also so comfy that I accidentally fell asleep while they were still in! The only problem that Ive ever really had with them is getting them to sync in my Microsoft TEAMS calls. It usually does it - but not always, which could be a problem with the buds or with TEAMS.

These out perform the live ones. Awesome quality.

I found myself needing to replace my Bose earbuds and I gave these a shot given the excellent reviews. The sound quality is even better by a fairly significant margin in my non-professional opinion (I am a bit of an earbud junkie, however). They do not have active noise cancelling, but the excellent fit makes up for that decently. If youre looking for something to block out screaming babies and obnoxiously loud gym music, these may not do it for you. The sound quality is just so good though, youd be missing out if you didnt buy them at least for general usage.

Ive tried MANY earbuds over the years and they are always uncomfortable. These fit amazingly and the sound is awesome. I considered buying the latest version of these but decided to go with this older model since I didnt know if Id like them. Worth every penny.

Pretty decent little true wireless headphones noise cancellation would be a nice feature to add.
