The sound quality is really good and I work 12 hour shifts and never have to recharge until next day.

Holds a charge for quite a while. Easy to pair with phone or watch. Handy feature to find them when theyre not in the case.

Bought these as a gift and wished that I couldve returned them. Ordered white color, which was conformed in the order ticket AND on the outside of the box. I was very disappointed when the gift was opened that the earbuds were black. Worse was helping set up the earbuds and finding out that they did not provide any outside noise reduction. Some of the main reasons I chose these were noise reduction, to wear on plane trips, and the beautiful pearl white color. Other reasons included the battery life and the Samsung brand typically being high quality. The battery life of up to 11 hours does not disappoint. Connection is established quickly by just opening the case, unlike other brands that dont power up and connect until the earbud is removed from the case. Because these were a gift, I havent been able to fully evaluate that and feel unsure of it. Although there were some things to appreciate, such as the sleek case size, rapid charging, using a USB-C charge port and the convenient Qi contact charge pad capabilities.

I purchased this product in March 2020 and not even a year later the right ear bud wont hold a charge at all. I have cleaned out the case and there is no damage to the product. I have called Amazon for a replacement since I use them for work and school and figured that since I had also purchased the protection plan(3 yr coverage) that I should be ok. Not! I was bounced from the amazon rep,to tech support, to Samsung rep and then the Samsung supervisor. No one at any given time was willing to offer a replacement but wanted me to send them in to be fixed(2 week turn around) and I informed them that this wasnt possible. The only other option given to me was to drive out of my way to go to their chosen store to get them fixed. It was made clear to me that their convenience and need outweighed my own as the customer.I will not be purchasing another Samsung product. 3 stars.

Returned them but did not want to. They would not stay connected to my iPhone bluetooth. I bought the Apple AirPods which are also good but I prefer the Buds Plus sound, fit and battery. I tried but could not keep them connected to my iPhone.

Purchased Buds Plus 4/29/2020. A month after purchasing the right ear but started beeping at one minute intervals whenever I was in the sun, Id have to put them in the case for a few minutes then the bud would stop beeping - happened all the time. Called Samsung, opened repair ticket, called Samsung this morning, 7/6/2020, was told warranty invalid because I purchased the international Buds Plus - had no idea at time of purchase whether international or domestic! I would have to pay for repair. Called Asurion (purchase Asurion warranty at time of buds purchase) they also told me same thing. Bottom line- I have $150.00 Samsung Buds Plus and additional $21.99 Asurion extended warrant for a product neither one of these companies will cover and the Buds Plus are useless. Ive been a loyal Samsung customer for many many year but I will think twice next time I think about purchasing a Samsung device...............VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
