Ear buds were good quality and automatically paired with my devices.

Update: After using them for a year I lost one of the nibs one day and cant find it anywhere. I contact Samsung customer service to get a replacement nib. Instead of sending a new set of nibs in all 3 sizes the send 1 randomly sized loose nib in a plastic bag. I have contacted them multiple times and spent hours trying to fix this issue but the customer service is incompetent and give phone numbers to call that dont work. The headphones are unusable now and I will now have to spend more money on aftermarket nibs that wont be as good even though it is still under warranty.

I like how they fit,and the battery life is all day I work construction and when I paint I have no problems with them

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone so I decided to try some Samsung earbuds. I am not an audiophile and found my Tozo earbuds to have a decent sound. I decided to go ahead and spend $100 for the Samsung earbuds thinking they would be much better. I wanted to like these earbuds but the sound quality was just not there. They sounded too treble and the various equalizer setting had little effect. While they did have a very clear voice on audio books and podcasts I just did not like the way music sounded. Also I could not tell any difference when I turned the noise cancellation on. If you were just going to listen to talk radio and books on tape they would be fine but not for music. When I pay over a $100 for earbuds I expect them to really impress me. Not only did these not impress me with their sound, my Tozo earbuds for less than half the price sounded much better. I am returning them.

These have been fantastic. I have paired them to my iPhone and they work great. The only down fall is that you need the Samsung Galaxy buds app. I am not a fan of the apple AirPod so these are a great alternative.

The fit was good in the right ear but not the left. I wore the right most times then I couldnt hear clearly from it

I bought these 10 months ago, I was never thrilled with the way they fit. They hurt my ears, and nobody can hear me on a phone call. Battery life leaves a lot to be desired. And now the left one wont charge. Expensive mistake..

Great upgrade in every way from the first Samsung improvement. Cant wait until the next upgrade.

Immediately impressed with these ear buds. The case has its own battery, so when you return both ear buds to its storage slots, the case charges both ears buds for you; very convenient! Sound quality is great: good highs & low tones; clarity of sound too. The price is pretty good too. If you have a Samsung phone, even the better. Battery life us phenomenal! I use these ear buds for work & leisure & they last me all day. No complaints at all.
