I dislike that Samsung did not answer my question. They SAID they would connect me with a Samsung expert. Instead the sent me to the Just Answer tech support, which is a membership tech support costing close to $50

Everything works as expected, great video quality and picture. Does not come with a compass, but does use GPS for location. But no compass is available to find true North on maps.

It is advertised as 4gb of ram but is 3. I demand a compensation

A gift for my wife. Her old one was short of operating memory and storage space, and her vision problems require a good, high-resolution screen.

An excellent product that I enjoy using. This tablet is fast, reliable, and has plenty of memory.

I really like this tablet. With a wireless keyboard, I use it as a super portable backup/travel option to my regular PC. There are functional MS Office apps, and it does Google docs/Google Drive applications well. Some of these take a little navigating to figure out and find things, but you get used to it.

When it works its great but it keeps dropping its WiFi connection. Everything else in the house (a Samsung TV, another Samsung Tablet, and an Asus Tablet) stay connected just fine. This one will only stay connected for an hour (sometimes less) before disconnecting. When it does, I have to turn off the WiFi and turn it back on. Ive tried two different networks, same problem.

Great tablet. I only wish it had the fingerprint reader..

good all around tablet

My last tablet was purchased in 2012, so I may be a bit over-excited about this one; but I love it. Im using Xfinity free wifi, and its so much speedier than with my old tablet! I can actually watch streaming content. Lots of storage for me; clear, crisp screen; great display adjustments; and you can actually delete most on-board apps that youll never use. Bonus, most are useful, so I didnt get rid of that many of them. It charges a bit slowly, but the battery lasts a long time. Though note, I dont play games that involve a lot of action and flashy graphics. However, it handles high-action movies fine without appreciable additional draw on the battery greater than during my normal use. Easy-to-use Help files, and when you need them, the directions are clear and make sense.
