I made the assumption it would come with at least microsoft word.

This is a really good tablet! I got it for my husband just for playing games! He really enjoys it!

It is ok

I never had an android device before as I have always had iDevices. I will have to say this tablet is equivalent to an iPad with expansion microSD up to 128 GB. Imaging how much that would have cost... But this device was only fraction of the cost of a more or less equivalent iPad so I was happy about that. Moreover, as a tablet, you can just move files onto the microSD and the tablet just plays. I dont have to go through another program to sync up. I actually bought this device for my wife originally and she thought I was the coolest husband in the world. When I first got it, I was trying it out as I had some hesitations because I didnt know if the app-store would be very different than the apple store, and thus difficult to use. Luckily it was just as easy to access. So all in all, I am very happy with this purchase. I do suggest you get the microSD card with this though.

it was good, i like samsung, however, it came with no keyboard selected and before i discovered this i spent many frustrating hours trying to get started.
