No issues arrive on time and had not problems

I bought this tablet for my mom-who is a tablet novice and loves playing games on her computer-but loves the flexibility of doing so on a mobile device. She has a Jittetbug smartphone, which is an android operating system so the Samsung Galaxy seemed an obvious choice for a tablet. I bought this Used but like New and I was not disappointed when I received it. It delivered a day or two earlier than scheduled and it was in pristine condition. It was 60% charged already and several useful apps were already loaded onto it. I found several tutorials on line to learn how to operate it and to be able to show my mom how to as well. It is a beautiful sleek device, clear graphics and the screen is right-sized for her. My mother loves, loves, loves this tablet and she is thrilled with it! She loves that it has made her game playing mobile and takes it to her nail and any other appointments she has where she may have to wait. I also bought her the Moko tablet cover specifically for this model in the magenta and she is a very happy camper. I should add mom is 86 and I know this helps keep her sharp and its been a pleasure for me to watch her grow more comfortable in using her tablet and to appreciate the immediacy of this device. She may ask me a question about something and now instead of asking. Look it up on your tablet, she now says, Ill look it up on my tablet.

I love it I use it constantly the pixels are wonderful everything and more than I thought it would be excellent product

Bought it for my daughter cuz her tablet broke couldnt get it to stop flashing half blue on the s teen still dose it and samsung didnt help would not recommend for kids that want to watch videos or play games

I got it for my 6 year old to play with. He loves it, maybe a little too much lol

Havent learned total use of this product yet. What I do know I like so far, but mostly use it for puzzles.

Fantastic tablet

I am absolutely in love with this tablet. I am able to do most everything I do on my laptop with a very few exceptions. I had an older samsung tablet that kept crashing and freezing up so it was time for it to retire. I decided to get another samsung mostly because of the price and the reviews. I was not expecting this tablet to work so well. I did get an sd card and switched a lot of the apps over to it. I am very happy with this purchase and I secretly tease all of my family and coworkers when they complain about their ipads. I absolutely positively recommend this product to anyone and everyone if you are looking for a good tablet to take care of all of your needs

I have a Tab A and just purchase a Tab E for my wife. Samsung confirmed that my Tab E does not have the automatic Wake Up feature. That is a step backwards. The cover should be able to wake it up and put it to sleep. That saves messing with the on - off button.
