I bought this Grade A refurbished from VIP Outlet and it came in brand new condition! I gave the tablet 4 stars out of 5 because of the weight. Its pretty heavy, otherwise I love it!

This tablet is perfect for what I wanted it for. I bought this primarily for work and I use my hotspot for it. I couldnt see getting one through my carrier and having to pay a monthly fee for it when I could just buy it right out and use it with Hotspot.

Got the tablet last week, easy setup, good quality text and pictures. Very satisfied at this point.

I was very upset to receive this package. The box was completely bent and the actual tablet had some dents and marks on the edges. Same places from the box dents. I got this gift for my husband for Christmas and he texted me today telling me his screen no longer works. Im not surprised given the condition it arrived in.
