Greater than one weekNOT AMUSED. This quote from the product description is an outright lie: The Galaxy Tab E was made to go wherever you go and do whatever you want to do. Ive had this Tab E device for several months. 1) The charge is intermittent. Sometimes the battery drains very fast, faster than the device will charge. Samsung tech support went through settings to optimize the battery longevity. Charging remained a problem. 2) Tapping the screen does not consistently excecute a command, such as closing a window or switching between windows. I was told this is related to memory. This is a new device. Only Line Messenger is loaded on it. And Samsung tech support helped optimize settings with apps. So why would memory be a problem? 3) I bought this device in the United States. Soon I will be traveling to South Africa. The largest internet service provider in the area I will be traveling to in South Africa lists the Samsung Tab E as a compatible device. Yet Samsung does not sell a power adapter plug or voltage converter so I can use the tablet in South Africa, nor does anyone (throughout 6 calls) know who does sell these two items for any country that uses this device. The last Samsung representative suggested I peruse Amazon for the necessary adapter and converter. If consistent training for product function, requirements, and accessory availability were consistent, that would have been said during the first call. However unsatisfactory an answer it is, I would not have wasted time calling Samsung over and over. 4) When I called about this 3rd issue, I spent approximately an hour and a half, including hold times, across 6 calls. Three times Samsung wanted me to talk with their Accessories department / parts distributor J & J(?). I did not call J & J(?) a second or third time because J & J(?) was as frustrated as I am, that Samsung transferred me to them for the first call. J & J(?) does not have a power plug adapter or voltage converter and they dont know why Samsung referred me to them to purchase these items. I was told to call tech support, Sales, Accessories, and to consult the Samsung website (which I did before making the first call). 5) Some notifications for apps are invisible? No matter where I looked in Settings, notifications for some apps simply will not turn off. I wont be buying another Samsung product for a long time no matter how good it sounds.

> 3 dayDont buy anything but new unused tablets. I ordered this only to find out that you cant get into the tablet without knowing the old owners account. Its best to just spend a little extra and buy new.

> 3 dayIts a very affordable tablet, and great size, but it was very slow... I dont really use the Facebook app, so I was on it via Chrome, and it was so dreadfully slow. I tried only having one tab open at a time, but its pretty annoying to have to wait every time I scroll up or down on a page. Maybe Im just spoiled-- but it was very laggy, so I returned it.
