> 24 hourI love this tablet. I am an artist so I wanted something to draw on, I wanted the I pad and apple pencil for so long, but I couldnt justify the price. I love the magnetic pen feature, the size of the screen, and the customization abilities this tablet has. For something this price it is worth every penny.

> 24 hourI bought this tablet to replace an earlier model that was stolen. I purchased it at Costco back in July 2021, so Ive had it for the better part of a year. I purchased the 64gb model because it came with a Samsung branded case. This case normally is a $75.00 add on, but unlike most cases Ive purchased, this one is both attractive and durable. Ive had more than a few drop accidents, and thanks to this case, my tablet still looks like new. It also has a magnetic retention area to securely hold the S pen. Speaking of the stylus, this thing is very useful and very durable. It went through a complete wash cycle, and after drying out, worked as well as ever. Indeed, the overall build quality is one of the things that convinced me to stick with Samsung. Apple devices are quite pretty, but I found them far, FAR too fragile for everyday use. Yes, I use my tablet all day, every day for all of my computing needs. For people like myself, who just never mastered touch typing, the onscreen keyboard is fine. Im also quite fond of the Android OS. My S6 came with version ten, then I received a free upgrade to version 11, and expect version 12 next month. OS support is one of those things you take for granted with Apple products, but almost never see in the Android tablet space. Other things I like are the speakers (placed for landscape viewing of video), the excellent wifi performance, and the easy to pair Bluetooth transceiver. The screen is a bit of a mixed bag. Its bright and clear, but inexplicably shows some weirdcghosting ONLY with certain programs. It is possible that this is my fault, as Ive dinked around with the developer settings being something of a power user. The video performance is spot on, and I use this tablet as my primary media consumption device. Battery life is decidedly average. Again, I use a LOT of processor intensive apps (an always on VPN for one) so your milage may very. Video playback does not seem to be the battery drain however. Anyway, overall, Im quite happy with my choice of tablet. Ive done the low end with the Fire HD, and the high end with Apple. This tablet sits comfortably in my own personal sweet spot.
