Bought this tablet in April of 2022. Stoped working after 6 months. The tablet won’t turn on or charge. What a waste

My laptop was on its last leg, and I do not use it as much now. I bought this as a replacement, and I couldnt be happier. It easier to travel with, the battery life is decent, the sound is great, and the pen is a great addition. I bought a BT keyboard with a mouse pad, and my typing needs are satisfied. I would have loved to have this when I was in college.

I love it. It’s something special to cut it off but other than that it is great. The stylist is great paring. Easy to set up. Makes it all worth it.

Honestly I was hesitant since refurbished items dont have the best reputation, but this one changed my mind. I was looking for a tablet that could help my for note taking and this one seemed good yet the price wasnt my best option. I found this combo on amazon and it had some bad ratings in pictures so I was hesitant. Finally I jumped the gun and bought it, it just arrived in PERFECT condition.

As usual, Samsung products full of apps you cannot uninstall. Why do they still come with the failed Bixby?

After the second day this unit kept turning off. Sometimes it would stay on for 30 minutes and sometimes 1 second. When it got down to 1 to 4 seconds over and over the unit became useless. I tried a factory reset and reload with much fewer programs. I got the same results. I sent the unit back along with the screen protector and the case. Thats what I get for not checking the 1 and 2 star reviews. Apparently this issue has happened before. I now have a Microsoft Surface Go 2. Outstanding machine.

Overall everything is good. Battery life is good but could last long
