I bought one of these last year and it carried me through all the different tasks I had to juggle as work-from-home peon, as a post-graduate student and as an undergraduate lecturer. The old pen and paper notebooks wouldnt cut it, so the trusty S6 Lite plus OneNote helped me keep my stuff together. I just bought more to distribute among colleagues. A must for students and Android inclined artists.

Excellent (and affordable) choice for professionals on the go. Highly, strongly, and unreservedly recommend getting one if youre in the market for a tablet.

Two days in, hence the 4 stars. I am primarily a content consumer: browsing, reading, and videos. Given the $300 price, this is fine value. I bought an iPad 2019 @ Xmas so I can make some comparisons. The big advantage of the s6 lite is form factor. A 15:9 ratio is good for todays video; the iPad postage stamp results in a smaller viewing area, unless you are watching pre HD stuff, and really messes up sports. The other great advantage of the lite is the sd slot. All those MKV files you have acquired should be fine. The 32 gig iPad requires the Steve Jobs shuffle; load a few videos on, watch, delete, repeat. You can always get a 128 model, for mucho bucks, I guess. No question though that the colors are better on the iPad, thats what it does. I suspect the forthcoming S7 will match it, but will also cost more than a content device is worth. Some say the Lites speed is mediocre, but Im not a gamester so I wouldnt know. If you are, check it at a bricks and mortar.

Im an android and samsung user, but never buy a tablet, it works amazing, and de S-pen its a great bonus.

Bought this for my teenage granddaughter as a birthday gift. I was able to purchase as deal of the day. She loved it!
