SAMSUNG M471A1K43CB1-CTD 2666MHz Memory Modules (8GB, 1 x 8GB, DDR4, 2666 MHz, 260-Pin SO-DIMM, Black, Green)

It was much less expensive to add RAM than to buy a new laptop with 12gb. I usually use Kingston but this Samsung exactly met the mfg description and was at a good price point. I installed it in 2 seconds (after the case was off!). Rebooted and the 8gb was recognised by the system with ease. Unit is running all types of programs now better and faster than ever. I recommend this chip for a HP 15-db00031nr laptop.

Ram is not expandable. His speed is 3200mhz not 2667mhz. Doesnt asus care?

Used this for an Acer Aspire 5 A515-43 laptop. Super easy to install. Took out the existing 4 gig ddr4 2666 MHz and replaced it with 2 of these 8 gig Samsung ddr4 2666mhz to give me a total of 16 gig ram. Laptop runs great and easily detected the 2 new sticks. Good buy.

The DDR4 RAM for this is an exact copy with 8GB making it 16GB for casual and fun gaming. It fit in really nice with my 7000 2 in 1 Dell Latitude Laptop and performs really great.

Easy to install and doesnt conflict with my other stick of ram.

Worked fine until I started getting bluescreens. Was an upgrade from 8 to 16GB. Original 8 still working fine.

Increased from 4 to 8 GB, and changed to solid state drive ( Samsung EVO ). Boots in a second, was 45 or more. Happy! Mark Richardson.
