This ram is really good especially with my laptop which is the ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT, when I first got this laptop it had 8 GB RAM integrated with the same model of the ram, I play games like Fortnite and the laptop was using 100% of RAM every time I launch the game, with 8 gb I couldn’t even Stream Fortnite, games like Brawlhalla with low graphic was running at 40fps when streaming and crashes the computer sometimes.

My Synology DS220+ recognized this memory module right away! Dont get ripped off by going through Synology to purchase their memory, which is probably made by Samsung anyway.

I bought the Samsung 2666 Mhz 8 Gig Stick for my MSI GF63 8RD, so in case you havent broke the factory seal on yours, it is Samsung Memory, and I was pleasantly suprized when I found this, and that it was the 2666 mhz memory, even though newegg specs said it be 2400 mhz. I havent installed it yet. It appears to be what I ordered, as far as part number. The only difference, I can see is this stick was Made in the Philipines and the one the OEM MSI installed was Made in China . Hopefully, that wont make a difference that they came off different manufacturing lines, as their the same configuration, and thats important to have two identical Ram sticks to open up the Dual Channels 2666 mhz x 2 Channels = 5.3 Gig/ Sec Ram Bandwidth on two independant 2666 mhz bandwidth streams, and now ive doubled the memory buz bandwidth, and the total DDR4 Ram size. Along with the WD Black Nvme 3.4 Gig Drive I just installed, this Rig will be Screaming Fast for 10 years to come. My Sony Viaos going on 10 years, and now its time for a new WD Blue SSD before the 10 year old one acts up. (lasted 10 years, not without maintance, I replaced the keyboard in 2015 because the K key stoped working, and installed 2 sticks of 4 Gig Ramm, to replace the 2 x 2 gigs ram, and that saved the HDD from ticking/ pagefiling, but to go anylonger without a new SSD Drive would be a fools game. OK !! I give it 5 stars on the 2nd day shipping for free, and dont expect any problems, but if I have any, ill come back to report in another thread. So, if you dont hear from me again, just know my 5.3 Gig/ Sec of Memory Bandwidth is so fast, that you wont be able to hear me scream !!
