Samsung Memory MB-MC512GA 512 GB Evo Plus Micro SD Card with Adapter

Needed it for my switch. Finally no longer worry about storage space.

I love watching movies and this sd card holds over a thousand of my movies collection.

i read the reviews for the people that bought it and got real ones mines was fake. I tested with the tools and it capped out at 32 gb instead of the 512 gb that i was promised. My son got so mad that he smashed it to pieces, Im never buying a samsung product ever again.

The price is fairly high but still beat a ton of other stores out there and the brand name is good. Even Wal-Mart would have costed more. I had no issues at all with it. With the large storage capacity the new Kindle 10 can take, it will take a while before I have no room for apps and games.

It just plan works and has really good performance.

Because there are so many fake memory cards out there, the first thing I did when I got it was reformat it, a full format, not a quick one, then ran h2testw on it, which is available online, and which writes data to the full card, then, once the card is full, it goes back and verifies the data. It took two hours for that test, but that told me this is a genuine 512 Gb card.

If you can do without this micro sd, you should. It is incredibly slow when searching files and, every three days or so, I have to reseat it in the computer micro sd slot to get it to read.

The card was advertised for 512 gb and after installing the card and formatting it, this is the storage. Really! 476 gb.

Unfortunately, I did not buy the Note (. I am buying the s10+ soon, but before than< I am using this card in my PC for storage. It is super fast and does its job well. Thinking about buying another.
