SAMSUNG SR35 Series 27 inch FHD 1920x1080 Flat Desktop Monitor for Working or Learning, HDMI, D-Sub, Wall mountable

Got my product almost a month ago. Was missing the brick portion of the AC Adapter power cord. Amazon connected me with Samsung support who took my information, but after two weeks I learned they never entered the support ticket. Finally resolved that but the ticket is still pending in Samsung support for almost another 2 weeks. Beyond frustrated with Amazon and Samsung - this is more than inconvenient, its simply a lack of discipline. Who forgets the power cord???

NOT 144 hz Manual says monitor only suppports 60 hz but the description says 144hz. THANKS!

I dont use this monitor for game

It is a bit hard to turn off.

The only purpose of this purchase is for work, lots of documentation and zoom meeting. As my eyes got worse, I needed a big monitor and it suits all the purposes very well. One of the best purchases of this year.

Jai acheté cet écran alors quil y avait un rabais dune quarantaine de dollars. La qualité dimage est très bonne sauf pour le texte car lépaisseur des caractères varie. Cest quand même très lisible mais cest bizarre. Belle luminosité sauf le dernier centimètre gauche-droit. Je suis satisfait pour le prix payé mais pour de la haute qualité, il faudrait débourser plus.

Samsung is in the Top WORST for Customer Support ! If anything goes wrong - - they DO NOT cover their warranties, and find ways to NOT HELP! RUN AWAY!!!!

Jai acheter cette écran afin de jouer au jeux vidéo et elle fait amplement le travail. bonne luminosité, pas de reflet et les couleurs sont parfaites.
