> 3 dayWorks well but when tranfering large amounts of data after the cache fills up xfer speed drops and maintains steady at a much lower rate than the USB 3.x spec.

> 3 dayI own six of the SanDisk drives so that is what I usually use but when a Sandisk 2 TB drive died on me with unprocessed video and photos I thought I would try something different.

> 3 dayIve had this for a year or so. I backed up a number of pictures and photos, still only using about 10% of the storage capacity. I just plugged it in to back up more items, and found that a handful of my pictures and videos corrupt, and even more are gone altogether. Im heartbroken, and am sure I lost a TON of stuff, as my Camera folder was almost empty. I really thought Samsung would be a brand I could trust. Very sad about the pictures and videos of my young kids I lost. Do not trust this with anything important.

> 3 dayEvery once in a while comes up with an update which needs 1. Security to be disabled, 2. Password to be typed (one letter at a time), 3. fingerprint is lost and has to be done all over again. It could be a tad more intelligent when updating whatever it is updating.
