Works with Avid but very slow in Premiere for video editing

Superb. Use the 1TB T5 with my MacBook Pro 15” to edit 4K footage captured at 200-400 mbps with a Sony A7rIII and Fuji X-T3 and it works great! Have two of them!

I’m very happy with my drive. Small, sturdy and fast.

Im using this for Time Machine backups on my mac. Its plugged into a USB Hub and just sits on my desk. Its very small, lightweight, and doesnt make any noise. Set and forget. I recommend it, as its a product that serves a purpose and doesnt get in the way.

There is nothing to dislike except that it doesnt come in a larger size. Blazing fast and very small. I bought 4 of them.

I recently got into PC gaming. Because of my room being so small I had to go with a laptop so I picked up the Alienware M15 r4 and it only had 250GB of storage so I got this. NOT good for storing games on. A lot of games I’ve tried to download won’t download on this ssd. I tried formatting but that didn’t work. Games like Doom Eternal, halo MCC, GTA V, and a bunch of other games won’t download on this ssd so if you’re buying for the same reason go with something els

Purchased this Samsung 2TB SSD to use with my Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme ISO. But I was not sure how much recording time a 2TB SSD would have using this switcher. I produce and stream day long events and want to keep the drive switching to a minimum.

I have had this harddrive for about half the year and so far it is wonderful! I had two others crash on me that I bought at Wallmart and both were about $80 and larger physically than this one. Those failures showed me how important it was to backup in multiple locations and also splurge on good reliable technology. This product is worth the price and its small size is another benefit. Transfer times are fast and although it wont last forever, I feel it will hold up MUCH better than the others.

I prefer the Samsung T5 drives over the T7 drives for my requirements.
