1. There is no drive light, you wont know what its doing. The bare minimum at any price is a drive light. I had to open windows task mgr to find out is was working at 100%. It could have been a virus scan but I was ready to disconnect it, fortunately I checked.

Ottimo harddisk: arrivato in tempo utilizzando prime. Ha funzionato immediatamente e non richiede alcuna installazione di drive o di qualche programma di setup. Utilizzato su Windows 10. Essendo allo stato solido é velocissimo e non fa alcun rumore perché non ha ingranaggi o parti mobili. UnicIa pecca: il cavetto per collegarlo al computer é decisamente corto. Adattatore incluso nella confezione.

I had some early trouble with my 2 TB SanDisk drive. Then I found that the adapter that takes the USB 3.1 C-Type to C-Type cable to a USB A-Type plug must be connected correctly. There are arrows on the the C-Type (male) to C-type (male) cable and on the C-Type (female) to A-Type (male) that must be lined up. With the C-Type adapter it is easy to plug in the adapter upside down. My rating on this portable SSD drive is 5 stars. I only wish a 10 TB model in same size format was available. These new cameras that take 42MB and 61MB pictures along with 4K movies at 120 fps add a lot of complexity to photo management. SanDisk is my choice in helping smooth over the process.

Big capacity, small footprint.

This piece of kit is absolutely fantastic. Read/write speeds are insane, and I had no idea just how small it would be until it arrived (can easily fit in any pocket. I just wish I had’ve bought a larger size one because the value for money here is amazing.
