Was not pleased the product had no LED to indicate it is active. Otherwise it seems to work satisfactorily.

They arrived and work fine. I would have thought each drive would come with a lanyard for each one, not sure why it only comes with 2. Other than that they work fine.

I like these for their speed. I like them for their dependability. And I really like them for the fact that they are one piece with an extrudable-intrudable USB male port, thus sparing my the problem of misplacing caps. Other people may not have this problem - I do.

More storage than I expected.

The 32GB becomes 28.6GB usable. Does work on Linux once you change the partition from FAT32 to EXT4 [or xfs or reiser]. Remember, when purchasing any USB drive and/or disk, the usable is right around 90-89% of the listed size. Overall, the product does work. It was 5 individual drives and 2 lanyards held together with rubber bands...

STORAGE.

I think 32GB is the perfect size for storing stuff off a hard disk or an SSD. If you need to to that, then you certainly dont want to run out of external storage space. So, using these 32GB thumb drives works just fantastic. I never had a problem getting either my Macs or my Windows 10 PCs reading from them. Ive also used them to transfer data between older Powerbooks and older Lenovo PCs. They seem to read fast and write just fine. There compact size is a plus, but the can be hard to hold onto at times. I also wished they would include a strap for each thumb drive instead of only two. That doesnt make sense!

Perfect price in todays world.

tried on 3.0 USB ports on W7 x64 panasonic CF-54 ... initially, write speed was extremely fast, but quickly and steadily diminished to zero, and syslog showed multiple disk errors and timeouts ... this happened on multiple units of this item and the same thing happened on the 64 GB version of this item ... however, according to reviews, apparently this behavior frequently occurs on most thumb drives being sold today on amazon ... i sent everything back for refund and gave up on thumb drives and switched exclusively to using samsung SSDs with inateck enclosures ... using that combination on the same USB ports as above, write speeds were in the range of 250 MB/sec, sustained throughout lengthy write copies ...

Not bad at all for the price. All worked fine. Appear to be authentic SanDisk, too. I like the embedded small blue LED indicator light that is beneath the thumb slide. It actually breathes while the drive is plugged in letting you know it is working. Not too bright, either. Very light-weight, so it easily fit on my key chain without weighing it down. Not sure how sturdy these are, though. If you are looking for something more indistructible, look elsewhere. But for my needs, these are fine. And I like the included encryption program on each of these that makes it simple to store sensitive files. Only two lanyards are included with these, though. Would have been nice to include five, but I probably wouldnt use most of them, anyhow.
