SanDisk Cruzer Glide 256GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive -SDCZ600-256G-G35

Never had an issue with SanDisk & same with the 256gb USB 3.1 drive. Push out style, it is plenty fast even running on 2.0, works fine in TV, phone with adapter, hubs & more. Always feel comfortable buying SanDisk have a few drives & cards 5-10+ years old still working fine.

Plenty of storage

I had to reformat this drive because it filled up to fast. Had to format with NTFX instead. I guess the thousands of files was too much for it and I couldnt copy more files even though it showed that it was less than half full. Besides that I loved it.

Very satisfied with this purchase after shopping quite some time. It comes in a retail blister pack like you would find in a store, which I believe attests to it being genuine. This is recognized as 231GB, not 256GB, but there is a standard technical reason for this, but thats not what this is about. Just know that relative to its size, the difference is the same as other similar devices. Before formatted (which is recommended), it shows an exe file (and 2 others) and it just takes you to a PDF website that shows a table of contents in a million languages, but doesnt have the rest of what the table refers to. Ignore any files that come on it. Anyway, I just formatted it and those files disappeared. Shipping was remarkable, since it said it could take 6 days, but was delivered in only 2.

Its a storage product from a company Ive trusted for a long time now. Nonetheless, I only gave this product four stars due to the somewhat poor quality of the materials used. The plastic felt cheap and brittle. Time will tell if this breaks eventually but so far so good. Got the 256 Gb size though the actual capacity is down to 240Gb (already 16 Gb lost for something I cant tell what). File transfer is fast thanks to USB 3.0. I have yet to see it get warm based on other folks feedback. No strap so thats a minus, dont get this if you want a free strap. No case either.
