I decided to try this monitor out since I badly needed an upgrade from an old monitor I bought years ago. The settings right out of the box seemed fine to me, but some may need to adjust their settings to get the look they want. The picture quality with games and videos is great. Overall Im very satisfied with this purchase, but my only issue is the sound quality of the built in speakers. The speaker quality is not very good and is very low quality. If you plan on buying this monitor for the speakers I suggest investing in a sound bar, or buy a different monitor with better speakers. Also comes with a DisplayPort cable.

The screen size is great for my needs, the quality is something I haven’t really noticed. I am using this with Nintendo Switch which only has HDMI. The monitor came with the higher resolution cable, which is a nice add/on, but I don’t have any equipment with that technology. I love the flat screen and low profile.

An excellent budget gaming monitor due to the current GPU shortage and the insane prices Im stuck with a GTX 1080 for the foreseeable future, as a result I didnt want to go beyond a1080P Monitor, but wanted to replace my old 24 75 Hertz panel in my dual monitor setup which died with something that had a bit more oomf. Installation was extremely simple no need to even open the manual which came with the panel, it also came with a Phillips head screw driver to install the four screws which I considered to be a nice little touch. One caveat the monitor comes with a Display Port cable and no HDMI cable, this wasnt a problem for me because it was always my intention to install it via DP and I have a plethora of HDMI cables lying around but those seeking to utilize this through HDMI should be aware. This Panel itself exceeded my expectations, the picture quality is great, colors pop without being too over saturated or washed out, for best results I recommend fine tuning the settings, but you have the option to use one of the suggested presets, This is also my first free sync panel which works with Nvidias Gsync software after enabling the option in the Monitors options menu which allows for very smooth gameplay. Speaking of the Options Menu, the buttons to open and navigate it are located behind the monitor on the right hand side, its a little fiddly because facing the front of the monitor you have no indicators or labels for the buttons and it will take some getting used to in order to navigate the settings. The monitor also has no vertical adjustment and can only be angled up or down which is to be expected for a budget monitor and is hardly worth complaining about. Beyond the minor gripes Ive been very satisfied with my purchase.

When I leave my moniter idle, sometimes but not always, the display will stop working entirely on my display port connection. It fixes itself if I unplug it for a few seconds, but its an inconvenience. It may just be my GPU, but as I dont have a second one to compare with, its what Im left with. Other than that the moniter is great.

If you are having trouble getting it to go over 60Hz with the hdmi 2.0 plug, you will have to go (on your Xbox) to console settings/tv & display options/video fidelity & overscan/ and change your overrides to HDMI and it will open up different resolutions and up to 120Hz.

Awesome monitor. I use it for gaming and work. If your GPU can support it, you will see 144hz easily. There are 2 drawbacks that I see with this monitor; 1.It doesnt turn on automatically when you turn on your PC. This monitor is paired with another 2 AOC monitors and this is the only one i have to physically turn on when I start my PC. 2. You cant switch inputs once the monitor has detected the first input. Sometimes Ill have to jump on my work laptop while Im on my desktop. My desktop uses the DP input while my laptop uses the HDMI input. I cannot switch between between the 2. I have to turn off my desktop or unplug it from the monitor in order to switch inputs. Other than that, its a great monitor.
