Very easy installation

This product is just what I needed to waterproof my shower prior to installing tile.

Nice, easy and waterproof. After I did my shower years ago, I found they made these and would have loved to have two in the renovation I did in basement. Used or my moms and is perfect.

I think I got an item that was previously sent to someone else. It had a couple of dented edges and a dented corner. You read a lot and see lots of video about Kermit, then when you get it you realize it is just another hard foam niche - nothing special. I am thinking the condition of the niche has influenced my over all impression.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, PURCHASED A DIFFERENT NICHE FOR RENO LAST YEAR, WHICH WAS A PLASTIC BOX. THIS ONE IS JUST FOAM AND ACTUALLY COST MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR A GOOD ONE LAST YEAR. UNCERTAIN HOW DURABLE THIS WOULD BE IN THE LONG HAUL. SUGGEST YOU BUY SOMETHING OTHER THAN A CHEAP FOAM BOX FOR $55.

When we finally got to use it would not work when stud spacing is 12 in for tile installation.it is 13 in wide.

One of the hardest easy to use item ever.

It is really the best way to make a shower niche, however, it is on the expensive side considering what it is made of.
