Schluter Kerdi Drain Stainless Steel ABS Version KD2/ABS/E

Very nice looking drain cap and adapter system. Cant beat the price. Have not installed it yet but after doing research, this looks like a great product and will be using several schluter products for my new shower

This is a German product so you can be assured it is well made and correct.It was purchased because my spouse liked the design of drain grate. Our contractor who was renovating our bathroom did some research when we told him we wanted that drain.He found that Kerdi offered an entire membrane sealing system for bath/shower walls that matched up with the membrane supplied with the drain.So he abandoned his initial plan for sealing and used the Kerdi system. It is guaranteed for life and specifically good for water and MOLD proofing. It was much easier to install [very thin but robust membrane] and took up less space etc. He stated he would use that system in the future for all shower /bath walls.

I had a new shower installed and my tile installer said I should purchase the Schluter Kerdi Drain system as it works well for preventing leaks between the shower floor and drain. I bought it and he installed it. There are online videos that demonstrate how these are installed and work, which I would recommend watching.

Easy to use and get professional results

Mine does not come with the 2 outlet - 4 Grate, Height adjustment collar, Lateral adjustment ring, integrated bonding flange. Be sure to check all the pieces before installing.

Worked well for me
