> 3 dayI love the features, especially the pen test page and index space. The only thing I would want improved is the paper weight. A little thin and prone to ghosting, though I havent had any bleed except with alcohol based markers, water based are fine. It even holds up to watercolor well.

> 3 dayI love this notebook. I have just begun bullet journaling, not only to keep my schedule under control, but also to help me jot down ideas, vent, etc. I love the cover; its beautiful. It does not feel like leather, but is still smooth and soft to the touch. I think the bookmarks, pen holder, and folder in the back of the book are all great ideas. The key and index are large enough for a years worth of scribbles, no doubt. This notebook goes everywhere with me, and I keep my stencils in the back folder (theres about 10). It fits in my handbag without an issue.

> 3 dayThe cover is substantial and feels like smooth leather, though its vegan. I love that the front of the book is already set up for bullet journaling with key code page, index pages. The paper quality is superb. My only issue is that the page numbers are teeny tiny and printed in the same ghosted gray as the dot grid. If you need readers like I do, this is really annoying. Other than that, its perfect! I searched high and wide for the right bujo for 2019, and Im glad that I got this one.

> 3 dayThis is my eighth or ninth Scribbles That Matter purchase. I think the number of times I’ve repurchased these notebooks should attest to the outstanding quality and attention to details this company provides. I’ve never had an issue with any of my notebooks and I’ve used them all, Iconic, Classic, A5, B5, etc. The outside cover is a soft, almost leather like material that is easily cleaned and built to last. I use my notebooks daily and I throw them in and out of bags and book bags. They still look brand new when I complete the last page and have an appealing aesthetic when my collection is lined up on a shelf. I adore the bright colors and personally I prefer the Iconic covers. The paper inside is thick and I’ve never had an issue with ghosting or bleeding. The most positive aspect of these products is the paper and how it interacts with a variety of mediums. I’ve never had a pen fray and have even used water color inside with success. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Scribbles That Matter Notebook. I’ve tried several of the competitors but I always choose STM.

06-06-2025This year, I switched from Leuchtturm 1917 to Rhodia Goalbook. Unfortunately, that one fell apart in four months! So I am upgrading to Scribbles that matter. The paper is not as smooth as the Rhodia, but maybe my fountain pens wont take as long to dry now. The journal looks sturdy, and I am looking forward to journaling in it!
