Seachem Stability - For Freshwater and Marine Aquariums 250ml

No shortcuts for cycling your tank with this product. The bottle says you can add fish right away if you follow the doses. I followed the instructions and a week later all my new fish are dead. I used an API test kit and I was getting 0.25-0.5ppm for Ammonia and barely any nitrates were registering. Dont waste your money, but this could possible help with a fishless cycle.

I assumed that when I ordered this that it would come with a lid for the bottle. Bad assumption! It came in the mail today, and when I opened the box, there was no lid on the bottle. The seal has not been broken so the contents arent exposed but I guess its on me to find a container to put the contents in so that it doesnt spill all over the place once the bottle is opened.

It came with no lid. Im pretty mad. It has a foil top, so its sealed. But no way to measure, because you do it with the lid and lines in it. Also gonna be really hard to store. I guess i have to put it in another bottle... I would return but i really need this today so im keeping it.

Purchased to cycle my new 75 gallon tank. Used as directed and continued to use for 3 to 4 weeks without noticing any changes in parameters.

Used a correct dosage for my 20g tank after adding dt Tims ammonia. After 4 weeks saw absolutely 0 progress after daily dosing. After this failed to work I used Dr Tims one and only and saw results within 2 days. It is possible that this bottle of Stability was improperly stored prior to me receiving it, but that doesnt help. Save your effort and order a product like Dr Tims one and only directly from their website so you can ensure you are getting a properly stored bottle of bacteria.

Great for my betta fish tank

This product is pretty amazing. I was stuck in the middle of a fishless cycle where ammonia was getting converted to nitrite but the nitrite wouldnt budge. I didnt get any nitrates for 2-3 weeks, maybe more. I did a huge water change and still no change in nitrite. I put stability in and 3 days later, I got 0 nitrites and a ton of nitrates.

Awesome product. Decided to try it out because I over-cleaned my tank gravel a bit and my ammonia spiked. I used it for 5 days and my test kit read 0 ammonia. Cant get better than that. This product is not a solution for long term problems. Your fish tank must be cycled without the use of anything (what I mean is you cant rely only on this product forever). This is definitely great if you want to start a new tank or give a boost to an existing tank.

Works great and use it every time I change the water.
